I think I might have got confused between the bubbles...

Cadium is needed to create the wonderful slow-motion affect for us - but Bendalloy is needed to draw out their suffering  give one finer control of the Time out system...

Hmm...

Okay, place them in a bendalloy bubble, then play the whole area in a Cadium bubble larger, but twice as strong.

Therefore, their perception of time is increased, and we get to see their frictionless fun in slow motion... :D

Burn both bendalloy and Cadmium at once, with the cadmium bubble smaller, so you can trap them in a ring of fast time?

Hmm... If they misbehaved too badly you could also Lash them so they hang in the air, use Lightweaving to remove all light then watch them as they slowly go mad living alone in a senseless state. But if you did that the chances of getting paid decrease substantially.

No, no. You just remind the kid that you know where they live and that you will be VERY angry should their parents find out, and you'll be fine.

You could always Forge them afterwards, removing their memories of the events...

Or mess with their Breath (if they're Nalthian)...

Only babysit sick kids so that you can get tons of germs and thus powers!!!

Spike out their memories and replace them with memories of a happy, nice time.

Here's where Edgedancer powers come in handy. Use the Abrasion Surge to send them sliding across the house! Use the Regrowth Surge to do away with the inevitable injuries!

Dry, super slip and slides. Everywhere. You win the babysitting.

Conclusion: all of you are (or would be) epics.

You've blown our cover.  You must be eliminated.   :P

Step 1. Dig basement.

Step 2. Turn basement into forge.

Step 3. Make a ton of metal spikes.

Step 4. Experiment.

NEWS HEADLINES: Mysterious disappearances plague this suburban neighborhood in a recent streak of kidnappings.

Step 5. Capture a Feruchemist.

Step 6. With your knowledge of Hemalurgy, steal the Feruchemist's ability to store Tin.

Step 7. Spike yourself.

Step 8. Become the greatest "Spot the difference!" puzzle solver in the world.

Step 9. Profit.

EDIT: Meant to post this in useless powers. Oops.

So if the planet where illnesses provide super powers, suddenly occured on earth, then doctors and nurses assigned to the child ICU job's have suddenly gotten A LOT more interesting.

The Lord Ruler never managed to find new Hemalurgic bind points after a thousand years of experimentation. Unless you have Harmony helping you, you're probably not going to get anything that the Inquisitors didn't have. And I'm pretty sure they never got Feruchemical tin. No need when you have super-Allomantic steel.

That's quitter talk, right there.

Nah. It just means that you're going to be more. . . creative with your Hemalurgy. Manage to replicate the effect you need through different methods. You might need to use more spikes, but hey, if you're spiking out all the bad memories from the kids, you'll have lots of people willing to let you babysit. You just have to remember to also spike out the parents' memories of the kids you use as test subjects.

Iirc the illnesses and powers both come from magic bacteria/viruses. I don't think all illnesses give powers, just the ones given by those specific organisms. The majority will be just like normal.

You know what we call quitters 'round here?

Test subjects.

"Willing volunteers."

put metal belts on the kids, and use allomantic pushes and pulls to control them. Leash kids without the cumbersome leashes!

This isn't a power, but put a picture of a kandra with a crystal body on the wall, then give the kids pins and play "spike the kandra". Whoever spikes the blessings in the right places first wins!

And then gets eaten by a Kandra.
