"So I can't walk more then a few steps. And I need food or I think I'm going to pass out again." She looks a them a little sheepishly. "There should be some snacks on top of that dresser over there." She points across the room. "Can you bring them to me? Oh. Hi Tacien. You're not dead that's good."

To explain, Tacien has days that are better or worse for him. This is his worst kind of day, where he loses the ability to communicate emotion properly or even draw communicatively. If someone were to look into his thoughts (or try to read his mind or whatever) they'd find something interesting.
