"Then how did he get here?"

"No, I can't, and I have no idea," Rayvyn snaps. "He doesn't tell me anything." She sighs, letting her tough facade fade. "I have no where to go. You can lock me in a dungeon, or, kill me, or...or anything! Just don't make me leave."

Obsidian frowned. The goo halted. "Salt... tastes better?"

"Oh!" the man said, slapping a hand to his forehead. "Name! That's right. Um." He thought for a moment. "How about Silver? Does that sound right?"

"I... guess so? What, do you not know?"

Fadran, Icona prompted, you really ought to cool down.

The deity was right, of course. They weren't going to get anywhere arguing in this crazy snowstorm.

"So..." He said, after a good few seconds of silence. His voice had softened. "What, you were raised an assassin?"

"No." The man gave a short, sad laugh. "Isn't that funny? Anyways." He shut the door, blocking more cold air from seeping into the corridor. "I think I saw a fireplace this way." He gestured down the hall.

The man desperately slammed a metal fist into the side of Klave's head.

Klave grunted as his vision wavered, but he did not lot his flames die. Instead he intensified them, the rain turning to steam, ground cracking with heat. The very air threatened to burst alight.

Marilyn nods. She turns and starts walking to the portal. She's almost there when she passes out.

Cufre sat dumbfounded for a moment, then returned to his room with Tacien.

The man hit him with incredible force once more, then again. Finally, he screeched to a halt and collapsed to the ground like a piece of scrap metal, dead.

The man blinked. "Uh, okay." He hurried after them. "Er, where are we going?"

You wouldn't understand.

Fadran chuckled. It didn't sound really amused. "Try me."

The way I justify all the chaos of these RPs is by having a mini headcanon of various events happening at different times. I doubt Fadran and Rayvyn were having their shouting match during metal arm guy's fight.

"I'm going to my room to take care of my brother. You should wait here for the owner of this place to get back."

Is there a way to justify the chaos?

Rayvyn shakes her head. "No, I don't doubt you, but you don't know the numbers of our cities. I grew up on the streets of 19. Everyone knows of it, on our world."

Klave kicked the metal man's body, watching as the now-faint flames slowly ate away at the corpse. For a moment he stood, rage fading along with the smoldering embers. Then he collapsed to the ground, unconscious.

Nah, them shouting at each other while Klave just casually murders a guy is way funnier.

No, not really.

"A close friend of mine grew up in the slums of a city called Legani," Fadran replied. He glanced back at Rayvyn. "If you were from that world, you would know if it too."

"Sure, why not? Close the door behind you."

Silver stepped into the room, his movements hesitant and slightly awkward. He pulled the door shut as he entered. "Um. Thanks."

"I'm sure it was numbered by the ones who ruled it. It was called that long before it fell to ruin."
