Could you gain muscle as a Radiant while using Stormlight? Because it says somewhere that it repairs torn muscles, but tiny tears in the muscle are what help you gain muscle. And if your self-image is someone not muscular... then you can't get ripped. Very sad. Am I reading this right?

Well, you gain muscle when your body strengthens the rips. Stormlight wouldn't strengthen rips, therefore you still have to go to the gym. Very sad, I know.
