Immortal Platypus
Can a radiant (some non-windrunner/skybreaker) absorb the stormlight that they are being lashed with? Relatedly, can a non-lightweaver/elsecaller absorb the lightweaving stormlight?
That1Cellist
The investiture being used here wouldn't be able to be used by another Radiant. My guess is that this is because there is an Identity keyed to the investiture if you use it in a lashing. It's also possible it's just in the nature of the magic system, or that when the investiture is active like it is when you do a lashing, you can't absorb it. Yeah, I'm pretty sure the investiture is keyed to the Windrunner, so another Radiant wouldn't be able to take it.
Quantus
No, a Radiant cannot (with current knowledge) reclaim the Stormlight from anyone elses' surges, only their own, even if it's the same surge/Order. A Lightweaver can reclaim power from their own illusions, a Windrunner can reclaim some power from their own lashings, etc, but not the others. And it seems like only the ongoing sort of surges can do that, so a normal Edgedancer might be able to reclaim some Stormlight from their own slick-awesome (though Lift has her own problem taking in Stormlight).
