NameIess Posted September 3, 2023 Posted September 3, 2023 Then the necromancer walked back to his horse and set off at a trot. He'd been drawn by the grief Lylac felt, the connection to the dead. But there was another place where the lines between death and life were thinned, and it was to that place that he now travelled. The site of the battle between the Starbreakers and the forces of the Queen was like a beacon to those of his particular profession, and he wanted to get there quickly. Wait too long and the competition would get all the good souls. Or worse, the souls would simply fade entirely. Quote This might be dead, but that doesn't mean we can't revive it.
Scars of Hathsin he/him Posted September 3, 2023 Posted September 3, 2023 I mean it is about a necromancer
NameIess Posted September 3, 2023 Posted September 3, 2023 Quote The story isn’t about the necromancer, I’d say. He’s a new character.
Just_a_Fan he/him Posted September 13, 2023 Posted September 13, 2023 Spoiler yes, the necromancer is a side character i threw in as a joke. let's call him Tom. Tom dismounts his horse on an odd rock, to get a closer look. to the confusion of both him, and the folks in the building, he is "teleported" into the HQ of the resistance. "huh. so that's what that did." he muttered.
