Spoiler TEAM FOST'AH KEEFE YOOOO I admit that I squealed a few times while reading this book. at least two times. I said "dang" and "storms" a lot. That book was just... so good. So much better than Legacy and Flashback. I loved it so much. And that twist at the end STOOORMS ELYSIAN IS A PERSON? HOLY COW! When I finished I was silent for a straight minute, then I screamed in my head. I would've screamed out loud, but my sister's person was there (long story). Gak! Chapter 42 was just... so good. Keefe is THE BEST! LORD HUNKYHAIR FOR THE WIN! I was convinced what I can tell those who have not read it yet, is that it's so much better than legacy and flashback by a long shot. It's sooooo good, go read it now. 2

From what I've read in the first few chapters is it is basically only a sanderlanch, which most long series are in their last book. i.e. A memory of light. Can't wait until I can get access to it.

(spoilers for book 9) also: Spoiler I totally called Elysian being a person, though I thought they might be Sophie's father but I think the chapter implied Elysian is female so there goes that theory, I'm so, so, so happy sokeefe is a thing now. I wasn't sure at first, but I'm definitely on board now, Also was it just me who found the part where, Sophie's in Fitz's brain and she sees, a perfected version of herself standing on a pedestal, like extremely creepy?? or was that just me?? idk I thought it was really unnerving . . .

This is both the best and worst one so far. Now, theories: Elysian is the power source of the entire elven race, and elves are essentially like Elantrians. If Elysian is gone, so are all of the elves powers. 2: Less a theory and more a proposal. The matchmakers should give a list of every eof you are related to sufficiently to avoid incest. Match lists should only be suggestions, and they should be unlimited, only with a decade space between them after the first five. Statistically, eventually everyone will eventually be on the lists after long enough.
