I was going through your old posts in order to find the skeptical emoticon (I had a coded version but not a picture as I wanted so I could put it in a google doc, and the only place I could remember it at all recently was your comment about it in QF16), and I kind of got distracted reading through your status updates. And then random other profiles.

How do you see when you get rep, anyway? I haven't found where it is in the update. 

Go to account settings, then on the far right, click notification settings. But I don't recommend it. All it does is drive you crazy with curiosity about who's upvoting your stuff. Elbereth.
