  1. Yeah, stealth is a great thing to add as an idea. Whenever I picture the stealth aspect I think of something kind of like assassins creed where you are going around on roofs and sneaking except you awaken to help with your stealth. You can also buy different colour clothes for camouflage perhaps. I was just reading about the fight between Vasher and Denth starting with Vasher being tossed from the building and I thought of how that would be such a sweet level in which you draw nightblood and finally are sort of invincible but you have a time limit and then you find your way to Denth. Then you have the final boss fight with Denth. Only problem is, there aren't enough action scenes in Warbreaker itself but I wish that one set of chapters could be a bonus level. Do you think that Yesteel will be the villain for one book or during the whole series of Nalthis novels? Or will he not be a villain? 2. You gotta read Warbreaker now, it explains a bunch of confusing things in Wor and it is a very awesome stand alone by Brandon.
  3. Every cosmere game needs Hoid easter eggs, really hope he appears in Birthright.
  4. How do we know that? Is it actually hinted at?
  5. Here's what I say to all these videogames! Forget Nintendo, Sony or Microsoft I vote a Sanderson gaming company to adapt Brandon's literature to videogames!
  6. I don't know if it was me but she did seem less annoying throughout the chapter so as long as she matures and stops talking like that I won't have a problem with her. I still want Mr T as a main pov for one book rather than Lift although it will be cool if she cures Taln's madness.
  7. Could a shardblade pierce through someone like Steelheart who has invulnerability? Could it hurt him if it pierced him regardless of his weakness being exposed or not?
  8. I can't say I or anyone reads his books for the fantasy stereotypes. I read his books because they are great reads and because I'm into fantasy. Is a criticism or opinion not okay? I would prefer that some dialogue like that wouldn't be put into Stormlight unless it was intended for children, it undermines the feel of the entire story. It just sounds poor and sounds like forced and annoying humour. I'm stating that I would rather see flashbacks and lots of POV's of a currently major and fairly complex character such as Taravangian than those of Lift and her annoying dialogue.
  9. People are skeptical of Ashyn being the Halls. Could the series on Ashyn not be after Stormlight? Ashyn could be repopulated then.
  10. This is a nice idea, maybe if Birthright does as well as it is capable of, they may eventually adapt Nalthis to consoles. I think this game would definitely excel in graphics and puzzles. The only thing I'm a little skeptical of is combat. Magic systems like Allomancy or Surgebinding (Windrunning) seem almost engineered for combat. Awakening feels like a less combat oriented art so I would only be worried about that. I can only think of using lifeless and basic weapons in combat. I really like this idea and now you have got me thinking, gotta go share this with my WB addicted friend.
  11. Might I ask what High Imperial is?
  12. It is her way of speech and things like "Lift summoned her awesomeness" or "I'm so storming pure I practically belch rainbows" doesn't fit with the epic fantasy.
  13. I really hope that Brandon goes back on his decision to give Lift a point of view book. I don't know if I was the only one but the way she talked and thought made me cringe throughout the whole interlude. I would much rather that Brandon make that book with Mr T who appears to be a complex and interesting character. I think he could be a sort of Knights Radiant as there could certainly be a severe "Greater Good" ideal based order. I also want an Adolin book as he seems to be on an interesting and darker path. Overall I do think it is very important to have a Taravangian book, for us readers to truly come to understand the character who may be an antagonist towards the current Knights Radiant, every side of the story is important.
  14. What if Nightblood got turned on Steelheart? Nightblood hitting true evil? Actually just toss that at Steelheart and he's done for. That could be perfect perhaps and does it not just turn anything it touches to smoke or something like that? So if Steelheart were stabbed with Nightblood, could it work? Also I think it's more about the wielded of the blade because they are choosing to attack Steelheart, not the weapon they hold.
  15. I like the theory that the Tranquelline Halls have become Damnation but it seems odd for Odium to just drive them out of there, make it Hell and then force them back there. Couldn't he just trap them in the Halls the first time around and then make it into Damnation?
  16. I just made a theory post that went into Stormlight just before reading this. I posted a warning about spoilers and only mentioned one thing briefly in a theory generally just about the pacing of the series, is that okay?
  17. WoR spoilers ahead. We all know that Brandon plans to split the Stormlight Archive into two five book halves. For the second half I am wondering if this will be set perhaps decades into the future. The characters Brandon mentioned will play roles in the second half are all pretty young so he could mature them. Also it is meant to be a bit of a different story I believe so if say part 1 is the lighter half with younger characters and part two is the darker half with grown up characters that could make sense. I think it's a decent possibility, seeing as the True Desolation has already begun it looks like we will have a very long battle and what better way to show how long this final battle is by going forwards 5-10 years with this war still raging. I always found it odd how in those fantasy books, the legendary war lasted years and years and then the final war of prophecy lasts for one book. Maybe this is going to be just as long as a historical desolation then and having part two set years in the future could work.
  18. You spent 30 hours reading Mistborn out loud? Reading books out loud tends to take more time so that's pretty insane and impressive! Personally I finally recruited a friend to mistborn and now he is a big time Brandon fan and I have also gotten my best friend to get Steelheart which he really enjoys. I have another friend who will get Steelheart and online on my Asoiaf role play account on Facebook, I have convinced about 3-4 people to read mistborn so far.
  19. Thanks a lot, guess it's a good thing I have been active lately and posting fresh theories for Mistborn and Steelheart. I guess I owe you an upvote, may it improve your reputation.
  20. Of course, I'll fix that right away. I wasn't really referring to szeth fighting Steelheart just if he could land some cheap blow from behind that would kill the Epic. I almost got confused there because it sounded like you were saying szeth was stronger in combat and then I remembered it's because he could harm Steelheart lol. I kind of picture this fight as a version of the limelight vs Steelheart face off except that limelight is even harder to attack and can actually deal damage. If say someone who did fear Steelheart had a shardblade and cut him with it, do you think that would pierce Steelheart but somehow not hurt him due to Steelheart not being exposed by his weakness or would it hurt him because it pierced him?
  21. I love this theory, think it could really work
  22. There is one spoiler for WoR ahead regarding The Assassin In White so beware if you have yet to read Words of Radiance. This is a fun question I was asking myself recently. Szeth and Steelheart are obviously not part of the same universe but I was curious about ways to defeat Steelheart. If somehow they were in Roshar and Mr T ordered Szeth to kill Steelheart, would he be able to off the Epic? My reasons as to why he could are that Szeth wouldn't be as likely to fear him. Szeth wants to die, he hopes his enemies will kill him so he doesn't go into battle frightened of those who will ease his suffering. Would that be enough to harm Steelheart? With his honour blade would it pierce and harm Steelheart? I think that szeth wouldn't fear him so if he could somehow land a sneaky blow he could kill Steelheart with his blade.
  23. What exactly does reputation do? How do you improve it?
  24. I want Fiddle in ssb4 or Playstation Allstars, he can push, pull and shoot coins. He can use atium as a final smash and just have great speed and cheap air combos with knives for melee. He could be like Meta Knight!
  25. I was curious to see who would win in a duel. Would Raiden the powerful cyborg swordsman win this battle or would the legendary sharbearer known as the Blackthorn win? The rules are simple, Dalinar has a normal blade (shardblade is too much of an advantage) and Raiden does not have Samuel's blade. I don't know an amazing amount about Raiden's abilities so I'm hoping this would be even. Who would win? Raiden in his enhanced cyborg armour with his blade or Dalinar in his enhanced shardplate with his blade?
