  1. So I broke the rules and did more than one. Basically, when each option was equally as good, after completing a path, I backtracked to the equally good option and investigated that path. The first book was The Crystal Cave, by Mary Stewart. For a few moments, I thought I may have rediscovered a book series I found once upon a time, read a few books of, but couldn't find again. Turns out it wasn't, but it prompted me to do another search, and this time I found them! The series was 'The Lost Years of Merlin', by T. A. Barron. Gonna have to read them now! The next book was Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell. I actually just finished reading that book this morning/last night. Not super fond of the style in which it was written, but I enjoyed the story. I look forward to watching the TV series at some point. Then we landed on The Way of Kings - the first Brandon book I ever read, and what got me hooked on his works. Lastly, we landed on The Riftwar Saga by Raymond E Fiest. The first book (Magician) is probably my favourite book ever. All the other options at the same level as the riftwar saga are pretty good too (Mistborn, Shanarra series, Farseer is okay) Paths:
  2. Did you not notice him change the rules briefly so he could?
  3. Surely a stockpile of Breath would be more useful - making a Lifeless and commanding it to destroy spam all day/night.
  4. I must say, not happy about this. Even though I did get the rules wrong, if Hero was already corrupted and with a lot of the other more experienced players dead, Clanky would have a better than average chance of being targeted for corruption. More to the point, I'm unhappy with the bandwagoning going on. While I can understand that for some of you, that's enough evidence, some of the voters seem to just be along for the ride. So I'm going to vote for Paranoid King, who seems to me to have just jumped on the lynch train because it happened to go past.
  5. I'm not sure who I want to vote for yet, but I've heard what Clanky has to say, and while I need to sit down and think it through properly, I'm not convinced. I'm not sure that it's quite as slim a chance that he's unlucky (if I'm remembering the rules correctly here - I've repeatedly got them wrong so far this game), so I'm not yet willing to support a Hero Lynch. Now neither do I think Clanky is a Conspirator.
  6. How do usually pick your staff?
  7. Well, I usually just reformat the USB, then mount the ISO, copy the files out of the ISO into the USB, restart the computer, then tell it to boot from the USB. I might have a look into it, but I don't use Macs so I'm not sure if the same thing works...
  8. What OS are you trying to create the ISO on? As in, are you trying to create it from within OSX? Also, have you considered running a virtual machine?
  9. I don't recall exactly what Hero said about sart, but I thought he said he was basing his vote off Wilson's suspicions. Then after Sarts response, upon rereading Wilson's PM, Hero realized that the "he" she'd referred to as suspicious could have (or was) referring to someone different. I'm willing to view that as plausible, and seeing as Sart is willing to believe that too, I'm willing to give Hero the benefit of the doubt. Feligon, Silverdragon, Venture, Emerald (possibly others but it's annoying to check on phone) haven't posted in a while... Don't think I'll be back on til after turn over unfortunately. Well, briefly in 7 hours, but otherwise I won't. So leave a message before then if you need me.
  10. Could battery saver be on (unless it's a desktop, then you'll obviously not have that option...)
  11. Well, I must say, I had thought that I'd probably put a vote on Kipper this turn, because it seemed he had a fair amount of information. If he were not being attacked, it would be suspicious, meaning he'd likely be an eliminator. The other alternative is that he'd be defended, repeatedly, but we've yet to see that happen (and may no longer be, after Wilson's death). The last option would be he'd be dead (and likely a villager). Obviously that's what happened. Forewarning that we'll still see an extra kill this evening - the Conartist is still at large. Umm... Raven was guilty? Pretty sure she was innocent. But assuming that's what you meant, I'd agree.
  12. I'll jump in here and say I had a PM open with Wilson also. At one point, she said that she was in communication with a guardsman, so had I actually stopped to think, I could have guessed she meant her self. Regarding Hero's comments, I am willing to trust Wilson's judgment (and Hero's honesty) enough (plus the fact I'm not convinced about Raven) to shift my vote from Winter to Sart. Vote Tally: Raven(3): Clanky, Kipper, Adamir Araris(1): Alvom Venture(1): Araris Alvom(1): Sart Sart(2): Hero, Hael Vote Tally (With History): Raven(3): Clanky, Kipper, Adamir{2}, Macen{1} Emerald(0): Hero{1} Araris(1): Adamir{1}, Alvom Alvron(0): Lopen{1}, Raven{1}, Venture(1): Araris Alvom(1): Sart Winter(0): Hael{1} Sart(2): Hero{2}, Hael{2}
  13. My brain's not working right now, so I'll respond to your comment later, though my question was more relating to this comment you made earlier. We have the result, but I don't recall you bring up again to discuss now that we have more information. Edit: I said my brain wasn't working, didn't I. Realizes that your comments on Kipper were actually what I was asking you to discuss. Doh! Re: Kipper. I had similar thoughts, but was going to hold off on commenting till later, to see if anything further suspicious popped up.
