I voted Kelsier (would vote Eland if that were the option) based on current knowledge. However, ther is no telling how this fight would go if and when Dalinar achieves level five Bondsmith. At the moment it is a completely unfair fight. At full power though Dalinar might just have to look at him to make him explode or something (should he feel so inclined).

If you go with these suggestions which are good, or keep the originals how about when the eye is activated it changes colour to its opposite on the complementary colours wheel (gold for silver). Maybe affects eyeholders eye colour or tinge to hair / complexion if you wanted to be more subtle. With regard to passing on the eye vis prem death / suicide you could cover that with rites that could range from a - simple statent if you want one to pass to a peasant(something anyone could say) or complex arcane ritual if you wanted to keep it in the priesthood. Blindness could occur if the eye is forcibly removed with colour blindness occuring if the eye passed on by rite (unless that's a plot point).

Now, the person who "claims" to have strawmanned me may be Aodan. If that's the case, it is my word against his. If not, it is my word against his and whoever strawmanned me. Either way Idris appears to be mighty short of numbers come negotiation time . . . . . Hypothetically, say I am PK. That would be two 'Hallandren' PK and one 'Idrian' PK down. That would infer that there is at least one more 'Idrian' PK left if the PK number greater than four, that there will always be one more 'Idrian' PK than 'Hallandren' PK remaining. (Assuming even numbers, which the player roster would suggest is the case). Men and women of Hallandren. If he orders the death of another Hallandren tonight, or calls out another Hallandren tomorrow during the day and he picks "wrongly". Ask yourself this; will there be any sincerity in his apology?
