The only problem I can think of is that Pewter is easier to get on Earth than Stormlight. Can you synthesize Stormlight? Using SCIENCE, of course.

Which one is better? Allomantic pewter seems to have more physical strength and durability, but raw Stormlight has better healing power. Myself, I think I'd choose Stormlight over Pewter, but I'd like to hear your thoughts about it.

I have to agree with everyone here. Having read the book early (Please don't kill me out of envy), I'd say it's understandable, even if you want to smack Kaladin upside the head.

I have a friend who somehow got WoR early, thanks to her "friends in high places" (the Mob?) ... ... IT IS AMAZING! PURE MAJESTY! I can't wait for the book to be released so I can talk about it!

It doesn't have to be immediately after that chapter. It's probably after he's come to terms with Dalinar's friendship with Amaram. We don't know how long that will take.

He's either talking to Syl or himself, definately. The more I look at it, the more it seems that he is, in fact, defending Dalinar and not sarcastically condemning him.
