The definition of mean as a verb is to signify intent, purpose, definition, or representation. This gives me an idea that being investiture really just means you represent the energy that moves the universe. (Also, auto correct tried to make investiture investment. lol)

Why is everyone talking about savantism? That wasn't the original question, (though the question doesn't necessarily count it out) so i'm saying tin because with pewter you are stronger, but a LOT more noticeable, while no one can tell if someone is burning tin unless there are bright lights, loud noises, or something of the like. Also, to this I have one word. Earplugs.

I think this idea is interesting, because in era 2, it mentions that a coinshot like Wax can shift their lines to go to parts in an object instead of just the object. It would make sense you would be able to do this with the point of origin, not just the point of arrival.

I think Cohesion is the best because it literally lets you talk with the stone. It's basically seen everything, even though you might have to persuade it to tell you.

Hello! I am Willshaper42, and I have not read any of the Skyward series and haven't read fires of December, but other than that I've read all the books. I haven't listened to or read any of Brandon Sanderson's' posts. My favorite book is Oathbringer and my favorite character is debatable, but ultimately Pattern. I would be an iron misting and a steel ferring. I do like Dragons and do like Wayne.

What if you go into the spiritual realm and travel back to the time before the shattering and have Adonalsium attempt to chip Nightblood?

Is investiture still assigned to a shard even if the shard is destroyed or splintered?

If one could theoretically bond 10 spren from all of the orders, would they have access to all the surges and therefore near complete control of life? (A member of my family said that the 10 surges were the basic parts of life and without one the cosmere couldn't operate) If so, when they swear an ideal, can they use the investiture provided from the mini perpendicularity to power any of the surges? (My opinion is yes) Could they also then use bondsmithing to keep that perpendicularity open for longer than normal, gaining even more investiture? How would the different surges react with the bondsmith powers? Would they work to form more complicated reactions as seen from Shallan and Dalinar in Rhythm Of War? If so, what would they be and could they form combinations with powers other than the Bondsmith ones? Could, for but one of many examples, an Elscaller bond a Lightspren and have enhanced Transportation surges? Could they bond a Peakspren and get all of those surges with some mixed abilities, such as the windrunner reverse lashing? I'd like your thoughts please, because I don't have many good ideas.

Actually, I'm a willshaper as well, with a 76% (Even though lightweaver was 74% and windrunner and truthwatcher both at 71%)

Maybe something happened in the spiritual realm with Hoid, he always enjoys meddling with things, has a lot of power, and wouldn't want such an interesting planet to be destroyed.

I guess it depends on others'perspectives on you.
