  1. I may or may not be a bit disadvantaged with less than knowledge about Zelda lore and interaction, but i can try a bit put me down as Hiro, a… fisherman. Who fishes excessively and hides from social interaction. I’ll do a full description later
  2. Wait a second. I’m kind of going to need to be able to RP to play this one. Does it necessarily have to be a Zelda character, or can i make up something that would work with this?
  3. I wouldn’t ask them to waste days of their life on a fan forum site without pay… so fair enough. It’s literally not that big a deal
  4. Oh. So they’re trying but they haven’t gotten around to it yet?
  5. Ah. Well it’s outdated. The letter reads: Eden was frozen in time. Sorry. Also, when you find an opportunity, climb (or fly) to the valley of the second peak of the nearby mountain. I have left you funds for your services in this city, in rare metals from the stars. Thank you for taking care of the children, Night. the letter crumbles into stardust as she finishes reading. —— Inkwell, my main character, is about to do something similar. Night has offered to help Isabel find him when he does so.
  6. Now I have to remember what i was going to put in the letter three or four pages ago :3 *thread digging for context commences*
  7. Sanguine twisted his arm into a jagged spike and attempted to cut a Wound through reality, to find someone to kill. But the fabric of reality resisted. He tried harder, and the spike-arm was flung backwards by an invisible force. How was this possible? The weak one had done it as easily as breathing. He growled in anger as the stars collected the space before him, the ethereal form of a woman. Night opened her eyes. “Not in my domain. The others are under my protection.” Sanguine lunged at her with the spike, but space itself twisted around him, and he found himself falling into a black hole. “You will stay here, for a time. There are too many Antagonists in the Thread already.” Sanguine tried to respond, but couldn’t. He could barely hold his form together. Night smiled and disappeared, off to her proxy war with the Wind, or to finally see Atrephica read the letter she gave her. @Through The Living Glass —— Eden grinned, keeping her balance as she was yanked away from the basement with Bacon. “That sounds fun. I assume ‘improving the world’ might include taking down some big bad? Perhaps the thing that caused that strange wave of dread? Suddenly, as they arrived, a flash of light blinded Eden momentarily. Somehow it was impressed upon Eden that an author was intervening in her future. A sword lay on the ground a few feet away, gilded, with a blade of dark glass. It felt significant, but terrible.“Bacon… what is that?”
  8. Oh, Night is my Avatar i think, but she doesn’t need a body. I like the fun ways i can play with the limitation of living in space, and she’s never going to be plot relevant. More of a guide when i need one, or something similar. but your good.
  9. Why quote me :3 inkwell is apparently going to have to be capable of separating twin minds and providing bodies, which is why i made that post But tag Ghost not me Inkwell nodded. Something was impressing a sense of urgency upon him. “Do it.”
  10. The starhawk has been given a difficult task. It must protect the little bird. But it does not want to hurt Isabel if the man resurfaces. It perches on the tree above, watching. —— Night is aware of the dilemma. Perhaps the best way to help Isabel is to find her a new body. Her author knows someone that might help, but he’s… indisposed. Dreaming. Waiting for a nameless shadow to return. So she in turn waits.
  11. The man does not act like a man. Night thinks it is more like a boy. A petty, grumpy, bully of a child. A man does not act the way this person does.
  12. Night drops a letter out of the sky. It conveniently drifts into the basement at Atrephica’s feet. ya at this point Night is just my Authorial Avatar. I think that’s how this works, at least. —— Night watches in alarm as the man (help how do you use text colors on mobile) starts swatting a bird for no reason. She sprinkles stardust on the bird, healing it, and creates a starhawk to protect it.
  13. Eden suddenly startled awake. She didn’t know it, but this was the first of many times where her author would accidentally neglect her while someone was speaking. “What kind of band?”, she blurted. “Isn’t Probably Ancient Evil happening right now?” A pig steps into the room. The combination of obscure musical references would turn the air into vanilla pudding, except there are real characters here and that would be absurd. The pig leans against the wall, its flank wet with rain. i probably should start taking my ADHD meds again oh shoot its page 4400 that’s cool
  14. Futility is bound to the pen and exists as long as the piece of paper with its image does. 9/10 created it using the pen and so it’s more bound to him, but since is was Inkwell’s body there is a Connection. Inkwell is a creative person so would be alligned more with chaotic light, while 9/10 is more of a critical person and would be closer to ordered darkness. Physically, though, there isn’t any prismite or nullite in their body in any way, except for the weird way prismite is everywhere apparently. Although if you need it to for an idea, the pen theoretically could be building up chaotic light in Inkwell’s soul.
  15. “Every kid wants to be a hero at some point. But kids are stupid, I should know. I still don’t really think of myself as an adult. Besides, I don’t think any real hero goes out trying to be one. They’re just good people with an opportunity. Why do you ask?”
  16. Inkwell exerted little mental energy and summoned a chair with the pen. Here in the Dreamscape, he didn’t have to draw it, he simply pictured the wicker chair sitting on his front porch. He sat down with a sigh as the Dreamsmith began examining his soul. thought I had posted this but it got deleted without me noticing Night frowned. “N O T M E”, the stars spelled.
  17. Thanks. Not sure how that didn’t show up, I didn’t see it under a under characters.
  18. We have a new character: Isabel/the man, by Honors Ghost, who is super relatable even as a cis guy also I could not find Agony on the wiki
  19. I can’t find a dark mode setting for the forums, which is slightly annoying. Is there ever going to be one, or am I just stupid and can’t find it in the settings?
  20. Arc of a Scythe is so good, it should be required reading for anyone old enough to not be scarred for life by it.
  21. Night would laugh if she had a body. The bird does for her. “You cannot control what you do not own, seek out emergence before it has flown”, it sings, changing tone in an ethereal and unpredictable song, before taking off in flight, suddenly disappearing in a flash of stardust. It’s a reference to a song with a chorus you might find uplifting.
