Well, the quality of gravity depends on many different factors, including Grub’s answer. The main things I look for, however, are where and how it is sourced. I think the highest quality gravity is harvested from neutron stars, while some people choose the cheaper option and make it out of the base stones of a mountain. Not like I have anything against the mountain option, it just makes it more likely to be less pure than other options. And, of course, most distillers use the government-approved Metaphysical Converter 9010. However, the Converter is quite expensive, so some distillers use home-made or illegal machines to create the liquified gravity, which affects the quality quite a bit.

I would've offered you all a glass of liquified gravity, but those can be hard to come by these days. And, you never know if it's cheap, low-quality gravity.
