Ambro's eyes widen. "that was entirely unsuspected. Who wants to read the paper?" Well, I wonder if this is Destron's way of keeping control of his subordinates. Some kind of remotely killing formsphere...or he just had a heart attack.
Wait a minute! I think this also says that the metallic arts are not the only way to interpret Ruin and Preservation it is never stated that people from Scadrial are the only ones able to use those shards. Theoretically, that could mean that if someone from, say, Roshar, had access to Ruin and Preservation then it would work differently.

This reminds me of a psychological experiment that I was "Observing" (a.k.a. the one being tested) where you saw a desk covered in thumbtacks and you had to put a blindfold on and slam your hand down on the desk. I slammed my hand down. Does anyone know what that means?
Now for my other contribution.
Ambro nods and follows Eerongal. "Among my family, a person isn't real until he introduces himself. You can call me Ambro."
Ambro ponders on his new armored comrade, This man, I wonder how long it will take before the evil of this world breaks him.
Constantly scanning the alleyway they are in, Ambro says, "Anywhere is good as long as it isn't Frozen Foothills, the spheremorphs there haven't forgotten my family..."
