In math, a certain point is continuous if: 1) a function is defined at that point. 2) The limit exists (is the same for x->- and x->+) 3) The limit and the value of the function are equivalent. ofc I bring math into this... although I hate it right now because when you take a mash-up of precalc, alg 2, and trig- all it means is a lot of homework
