    I don't get why it would be Autonomy though. Bavadin never left Taldain as far as I know. Of course, it could be a matter of Taldain being the planet she wants to progress and she is content to leave her Avatars to deal with other worlds.

    Which Subastral? Are you familiar with the term? It's basically which planet's Cognitive Realm you're in. Remember, Scadrial does not exist. It was created by Preservation and Ruin post-Shattering. This time around it looks like Autonomy and Honour will be creating it, or something similar.
