    I throw a slowness bubble at you, trapping you in it. I walk over, then warp the bubble so I can reach my hand in and grab the sandwich. Then I compound pewter, steel (for throwing speed), and make an infinitely long speed bubble, then chuck the sandwich as hard as physically possible into the speed bubble, and it zips away across the universe.

While you are deciding, I create a bubble of slowed down time around me, but not touching me. If you try to come through, or anything else tries to come through, it will instantly slow down to an extreme slowness, regardless of the speed it was moving before.
