    I'm going to go with Rhythm of War, because of Navani, Kaladin, and Adolin's storylines in that book, as well as learning more about investiture and the discovery if anti-investiture. A very very very close second though is The Lost Metal, which only eventually I called second cause it was shorter.

    This would actually make sense I think, since we see several other characters that are French (like Demoux) and learn that the Terris have a French accent, and it would make sense that most people from the Northern Dominance would have a French accent. The also leaves us with Staff Venture being an evil French villain with a evil French mustache and goatee.
