Nah, it's more how they act. I dislike honorspren for their culture, but windspren have that element of freedom, of play, of innocence in how they act that I love. Similar to syl, and in a lot of ways Design. That element of freedom, of being unable to be bound, of purity is why they're my favorite no sentient spren.
It's best summed up in what Kaladin is thinking while fighting shardbearers in WoR: "You could not kill the wind. You could not stop it. It was beyond the touch of men. It was infinite"
