  1. *gives handshake* *hesitates* *shows granddaughter the ingredient label and tells her that it’s their little secret*
  2. The note disappeared, and Pyk could see her. He squinted. “You just appeared? Are you some sort of Narrator?” @Ookla the Irreplaceable The Scribe found it a terrible coincidence that Freedom was being called a wall, so he teleported Madness (a.k.a. Freedom) in front of their party. However, since Madness could only affect The Scribe’s characters, they couldn’t see her. He made a body for her, and allowed her to control it for the funzies.
  3. The other person is currently dealing with a note from The Scribe.
  4. Freedom laughed, and Intellect stopped being caveman. “Just a bit of fun. Intellect wants to know how you can see some version of us, as well as how Felicity and the private investigator have… slight extra capabilities. He is still trying to understand the Archstone, poor fool.”
  5. Pyk doesn’t notice her, and a note falls down in front of Lady Bug. HELLO! I need you to sign this disclaimer and contract before I let you interact with my creations. I, (sign name here), hereby declare and take a solemn vow that I will not attempt to reveal the nature of Narration to Pyk or any of his companions other than Asher. Nor will I attempt to shift the plot that The Scribe created through such grand effort. The vines are thick, and it seems another person has joined the party. @oOklA thE shInyYyy hmmmmmm… Freedom? I guess you will go on a quest to find magical crayon rock, then.
  6. Gronk scratched his head, and then spoke. “You! You give Gronk somting Gronk want! Gronk want infomaton! Free tell Gronk what let’s clean-Gronk see Gronk-Gronk! And what lets other clean-Gronk pull more rock! Stone! Curve building thing!”
  7. Pyk nodded, and he turned to the beast that they killed. “The beast was coming from over there,” he pointed to the hills and vines, “whoever wishes to come with us should be warned. This will be very dangerous.”
  8. “Good thing I am not a follower of your government, then. And I believe you are missing the entire point of the word ‘free’ in the phrase ‘free speech’.”
  9. “Well, I for one would love to see what’s down there. Another time, perhaps.” He talks with a lighthearted tone.
  10. “And this argument is not, in fact, against the law from the view of my people. You see, we have something called… ‘free speech’.”
  11. *stares uncomfortably at a certain eldritch monster* *wave* *refuses not to use asterisks* *offers handshake* *elaborate that it is a milkshake with a certain secret ingredient*
  12. Embolden it! Dint laughed. “I agree.” He winced as he shifted, but he genuinely seemed to be getting better. Pyk nodded. “We will need you, Asher.”
  13. Freedom nodded, and a second man blurred into view. He was comical, like a child’s drawing. ”Behold! Intellect! He will be our proxy.” The man shifted around awkwardly and then scratched his head like a caveman. When he spoke, the voice was extremely garbled. “Gronk say no tell who know rock where!”
  14. Pyk talks with the people for a time, and one eventually brings forth a set of simple tools. Pyk looks at them, and frowns. “We saw a beast that seemed to manipulate the Adari. Perhaps if we venture to its nesting cite, we can gather the necessary resources.” Wait hang on I need to decide what the tools actually are… Pyk would know how to create them, though. Because he had a hand in developing them. Ok I have a tentative idea. Aahhh thanks! I know that the Adari is what creates Mystics, because they have an unnaturally high amount of it. It would make sense that something in the body is cancelling it out… If so, I’m guessing this is it. Adari is focused on logic and insight. The power it grants has the potential to be very useful, but if one does not have insight on its effects, depending on what one does, it can be very destructive. This other one… I know nothing of what it might be. It seems as if it acts independently of one’s will - the Adari usually doesn’t do this… although it did when it was contending against these strands.
  15. “But I did not perpetrate it.”
  16. “I was not the one to actually revolt.”
  17. Dint frowned when he saw the notebook. “Might they be concealed? Watching invisibly? But the scorch marks seem to suggest otherwise…”
  18. Bakhado stared at him coolly. “And under what law or precedent would you execute me?”
  19. “What I do is not rebellion, in the eyes of my people. We are in a war situation, and I am simply fighting on the front.”
  20. He stared at the other Skybreaker. “It is not your laws I bind myself to.”
  21. Well you see, I once had a very pessimistic friend. And they were so pessimistic, they almost summoned itirSp! So, I had to get rid of ‘em. I took the only available weapon, their pessimism, and drowned ‘em in it.
  22. One of the people gives Asher a strange look, but nothing more. @Ookla the Bacon A note floats down to the complaints office (or right outside, if it’s immune to Narration) of the Ennuller’s compound. Hey! Are you almost finished with my creation? It took a great deal of effort to get Tenth to be an Ennuller. It’s much more difficult when you can’t Narrate it into being. did I miss smt from you?
  23. Wait there was someone usernamed feruchemical bowser? 2267
