    “Trial F4BD. In your reckoning, this is trial 62653.” The alien hesitated. “I guess… you could say it’s an area of rebel operations. That’s a bit more formal than the reality, though…” They led her through a door, and they came to what seemed a shelter. Many other human occupants were present. “Speak to another to find bedding… we’ll get a more permanent solution soon.” ”To the human perspective.”

    The way I’m thinking of it is they can see the possible places to explore, but don’t know what is at those places until they actually go there.

    The alien turned, and they accelerated quickly through the streets. A great density of official vehicles occupied traffic, and the alien was forced to pull over before long. A rough voice spoke in a language she did not recognize, and the alien responded in the same voice. Eventually, though, the other alien departed, and they accelerated again. The vehicle stopped after some time. “We’re here.” “Unfortunately not. They have been slotted for individual trials.” Unbeknownst to the AI, though, the GM had a plot that would unify the character plots. “These are the vehicles of peace across the galaxy, boasting three millennia without war.”

    Agony blink. Or he would have, if he had eyes. ”I do not know. I was sent here by an enemy. What is an ‘edgelord prime’?” “That is not what I meant, but I will take that as permission.” His eyes widen. “Surely my predecessor was not so cruel as to force that? The Tax Collector?”

    The alien cursed. “What… sorry. Sometimes I assume things. Come on. We’ll need to be stealthy then.” They took the weapon, stowing it underneath their seat. “Find somewhere to hide.” (For the purpose of this, the vehicle is pretty much a regular car)

    “A crude way to think of it. Your trial will start shortly.” The alien slipped through the door, and, when you were through, slammed it shut. “I’ve got a vehicle on the other side. Let’s go.” They led you to the vehicle, and handed you a weapon—similar to a rifle or some such. “The Ephrussians.”

    Agony stared at Bacon, marveling at his pain. It was quite unique, but quite delicious. He wished to know its source, if only Bacon would allow him. Agony absorbed the chains, staring at the occupants of the room. “Such pain…”

    It’s okay Agony is immortal ish Agony placed a hand on the bird person, and it stopped. Froth came from its mouth as pain overcame it, and it was left twitching on the ground. @Through The Living Glass agony is one of the Notblades that Bat wielded, except he has a body now.

    Agony blinked, and placed a hand to his head before stumbling to his knees. He snarled, and fought to his knees. A wound opened across his chest, and he bled black blood. The wound closed. ”I am not yours to claim, dark one.” The figure, disfigured, laughed. “If you say so.” Agony was banished. Agony stumbled, placed in a place most inconvenient to its occupants. @edgyswordname
