I can't anymore

I can't do work for my teacher. It's legitimately getting worse and worse, and the lowest point of every day is entering her class. I'm always afraid that she'll call me to talk to her and I'll have no response to her except to tell her that she's a terrible teacher.

A recurring metaphor I have thought up for the situation (yes, this is the extent of my frustration) is as follows:

She spat in my eyes and asked me to follow her. When I can't, and won't, she spits at my feet.

And I don't know what I'm going to do. I can barely function, I've become more and more impulsive, and my brain shuts down every time I think of the class. Which is often.

She met with my mother (Grudgingly mind you. Guidance had to call her to secure the meeting.) for an hour and a half and gave no ground. Apparently, she told my mom that she would let me redo my assignments, but whenever I try to mention it, she acts like she didn't. I'm going to try to pressure her to acknowledge it, but... I'm not confident. (This being done by emailing her that I turned in my assignments that had poor grades, and maybe saying I was hoping to get the grade up...)

But I don't know what to do if that doesn't work.

I got an assignment back. I got a 50% on it.

(beleaf it or not, that’s the highest grade out of the LAST 5 ASSIGNMENTS)

The assignment was the opposition paragraph for my essay.

I left a little note next to it, saying that I had shifted my thesis a bit because of where my research led me.

and guess what guess what

She gave me a 50% and left the following notes

1) I used nonacademic language. She highlighted this, and it was a single word within my source. Which, might I add, was written by a someone who didn’t have English as their first (and most likely not second) language.

2) I deviated from my thesis. Huh. SHOROAHDIRNLOWJTICINAMKWKWID. Waddaheck! The biggest thing here is that I didn’t mention a point at the beginning of my paragraph, and transitioned, I’d think, pretty dang well into the second point.
 

In summary, if I went back in time and changed 4 words of my essay, I would have been fine.

At this point, I would not be surprised at all if she were specifically grading me poorly.

Like, she’s mad that I emailed her, mad that my mom went to guidance and forced her to meet with her, and so she’s screwing me over.
