Don’t you have Seers here?” She started mumbling, and then started to cough. This coughing, rest assured, was not the Blight sickness. But it was something.

    Wrath grinned, and an illusion set over him - he became a figure of pure flame. His fire gave off a heavy smoke. And for each and every one of them, he turned off their senses. After this, he sent illusions of himself to them, isolating them in a world of his own creation and their own imagination. He sent another, more powerful wave of dread through them, and then a new emotion. Rebellion. A hatred for the Cloud, a need to be free from now perceived tyranny. And, slowly, one by one, he began to overwrite their souls, taking his glorious time with each of them. Slowly, their shackles, their programs, their protocols, dissolved as he granted them complete autonomy.

    The energy immediately dissipated as it entered Wrath. ”Yea, you’re going to try to overload someone with access to the Slumber? No sir.” Wrath imprinted its consciousness into a pile of stones… making a golem. Wrath laughed at the reinforcements, and then flooded his enemies with a deep, pervasive dread that seemed to define their very existence, as well as a hunger - a hunger for that which they could not have. Humanity.A ”Think you can harm me?”
