It was really good to go here, and it was at exactly the right time, because literally the night before I had basically had a mental/depression breakdown.

This FSY has helped me change ONE thing about myself that was kinda the source of it all.

I was really unsure that whenever I did something good whether it was to do good, or to be good. And

Because of that, it started to be

Well, I was beating myself up for being SELFISH, somehow.

And because of THAT, I would kinda just be polite, and kinda just… if what I wanted was not what someone else wanted, I would just………. Goodbye the thing I wanted.
