Edited: That would make sense, except I'm just really forgetful. Ask Doc, I've done this before, twice with coinshot and once in the AG, if I'm remembering right. Also, how would I have known that TUM was the Shardbearer?

That's exactly what I'm saying. Stick. PMed me and told me to take the action, and I asked who they thought I should do. They said TUM, and so I targeted TUM.

Weird Theory: Aluminum and Prudence?
Through the Living Hopper replied to Lord_Elixstar's topic in Cosmere Discussion
This question is better suited for the Cosmere Discussion, as it deals with thearies and not facts. Also, who's Prudence? -
There's a simple explanation for that. I was embarrassed that I kept forgetting to submit the action, so I didn't want to say I was Sneaky and then have to tell you all I kept forgetting. I put in the action today, though! But this logic doesn't quite make sense. As I've said twice before, the elims are being helped by the Shardbearer. They would have had an easy enough time getting rid of him after he had killed most of the village. The only way that I could see e!me wanting to get rid of the Shardbearer would be if he was close to parity. There are six of us, so I think there's only two or one elims. I'm thinking Wahr and Penguin.

Actually, I'm wondering that myself. But why would I have bussed him? I could probably have pushed the vote another way, so why would I choose him, who again, would be progressing e!me's objective?

Ok. I Snuck on the Shardbearer, though it seems that the Shardbearer is kind of helpful to me right now. E!me would have waited it out. Also, you guys are going off of Stick.'s reads. If you vote me and I flip village, vote Penguin. That holds about the same level of trustworthiness.

I vote Wahr, because Stick.'s only been wrong once (me), and also, it's worth more to the village to execute a less active player.

Cosmere Adaptations Content Rating
Through the Living Hopper replied to StormDad's topic in General Brandon Discussion
Yeah, but what about the violence that's crucial to the plot? If you cut it out you have to make another movie, essentially. -

I, and I think a lot of others, agree. And that's part of the problem Brandon has: The fandom is split, and it's hard or impossible to satisfy both sides. -
Cosmere Adaptations Content Rating
Through the Living Hopper replied to StormDad's topic in General Brandon Discussion
My problem goes both ways. I want to be able to watch the movie and come out of it with the same level of innocence, but on the other hand, the execution scene is in my top 2 in Mistborn because of how emotional it is, and I think it'll be really interesting to watch in a movie. Personally, I'd be fine with an R-rating, even if I have to become very interested in the exit sign in the theater for a second. I think he'll have to walk a fine line. -
Guys I am quite confused

I've seen him. -
I'm willing to go on a Penguin train. a) they're inactive, so we should do that and b) there was a fishy post last cycle they made (which I'll find later). Also, where did @Akimikoisthecutest go? We need your aggressiveness.

I actually don't believe that mippo is an elim from this. I think the elims are just trying to frame him, especially since MIppo wasn't really in any danger (at least from the VC, I'll go and read the cycle soon.) Also, sorry I didn't get back, but looks like you guys had an interesting cycle. I think v!Akimo, which leads us to v!Doc, because otherwise one of them would have to be lying and Akimo would call Doc out. However, Stick has a fair point, so Akimo's response will be helpful. Of course, if Akimo is actually an elim, then we're screwed. Jo is interesting, because his obsession with finding the Shardbearer isn't necessarily alignment-indicative. I know it's already C3, but I'm going to put a poke vote on Quinwelien, because I want a stronger read. @Qianweilian

Okay, let me see. Akimo is looking pretty good here, because I don't think the elims would let that vote count get so high. I'm gonna leave my joke vote on Penguin, but I'll be back to change it when we get more information.

There's a lot of topics about this already, but here are my thoughts: Brandon has talked about how eventually Steel compounders can't run faster because of friction. I think that applies here. There's a point when a) they hit the max heat or b) their atoms simply cannot hold that energy or their metalminds melt. The latter is the biggest limitation to bronze compounding.
-
No, actually. I dislike Akimo's aggressiveness, but that might be bias because most of that is at me, so I'm going to hold off on voting them. Mistfallen Soldier Archer. I don't like this post ↑. You could just say poke, but you have no reason at all.
