  1. "Interesting. Concerning, but interesting. And you know where it is?"
  2. "Ahh. Yes, Narrators trying to use Mordite would be interesting, from my understanding. Is there another way?"
  3. "Yes, I would find that most disagreeable. I rather imagine she would too, being involved in the process. Her creator might be a possibility, though."
  4. "Myles." He nodded several times, seeming concerned. Then he shook his head. "So. Ah. Any Narrators in particular?"
  5. "Ah, yes—yes. Apologies. My memories are, ah, finnicky at times."
  6. Nah, nothing's much happened since Myles shook his head in irritation. This wasn't supposed to happen anymore. He was important now. He shouldn't be left behind—! No. He quickly smoothed out the irritation, replacing it with a slight, placid smile. "So. We were discussing killing Narrators. Yes?"
  7. Cep nodded and lifted his head. Asharak lifted his head. Dark Cep lifted his head. They had plans to carry out. The fight was not over. They had shown this man their respect, and knew he had seen it. Kansas nodded. It was a good ending. He hadm't even really seen Cricket on page much, yet even so it managed to bring tears to the edge. He murmured a brief acknowledgement, and bowed. The four of them faded out.
  8. "Huh. May I ask why? Do I need to flee quickly?" He grins on the last.
  9. "Yes. So anyway, now that you're ( @Aeoryi ) not intent on stabbing me...why were you talking about killing Narrators?"
  10. "Why thank you!" he said. "I realize it's a bit of an odd choice, but I'm fond of it. Plus"—he reached a hand and pulled one side of it open—"it has so. Many. Pockets." And, indeed, the interior was lined with pockets.
  11. He holds up his hands casually. "Just a man. Nothing more. A plot device constructed by my Author, finally given free reign and true characterization." The man grins. "Indeed. They're quite a fashion statement. I'm very fond of them. That one there is indeed quite nice."
  12. Behind them, or near them, at the very least, appears a relatively tall man with slick black hair, dressed in a suit with an extremely long-tailed jacket. In fact, it looks as if he turned an overcoat into a suit jacket. He smiles, showing perfect white teeth and smile lines next to his eyes. "Hello. Why are we talking about killing Narrators?"
  13. Sick Lemme actually follow y'all's for a minute and see what's going on, and then I'll just drop him in?
  14. I'm not good at keteks, I'm in as kind of rhyme and rhythm-tweaker
