    As the wave approached, Dark Cep retreated into the Mindscape, and attempted to pull Rebus with him. Huh All the Ceps have the same mind magic Asharak looked over. "Hello." Inkwell arrives just in time to see Dark Cep (and maybe Rebus, depending on Heir's response) disappear. "Hello."

    He just dropped him off, he didn't stay I didn't explicitly state, but he moved elsewhere to make the announcement

    Dark Cep cut the sword forward in an arc, hoping to disrupt the wave. *if that didn't work, he retreated into the Mindscape, pulling Rebus with him.

    After dropping off Dark Cep, Asharak reaches out to address the entire Thread. "People of the Thread! Narrators, Enullers, ordinary people, or others. I call any who would oppose Rebus. This has gone on long enough. Few enough remain of the old guard. We must stop him. If you wish, declare your resistance to Rebus, and help us to fight him. One of me seeks out his clones, to eliminate them, and thus his power. However you choose to do so, fight the Antagonist."

    Yeah, that would be best Dark Cep nods. Asharak pops in, and also nods to Rebus, and then they both vanish. Elsewhere, Dark Cep is dropped next to one of Rebus's expansion clones. He debates simply slicing through it, but decides that is too easy. "Hello there."

    Myles grunts. "Huh. Cool."

    Dark Cep's eyes widened slightly. He reached out and took it, wincing ever so slightly. He nodded to Rebus. "Pleasure doing business with you." I think that's all the TLT energy I have for the night, but for tomorrow where might Rebus's clones be? And which would you rather I pursue first?

    "I don't believe that will be a problem." Dark Cep smiled slightly. "So. Do we have a deal?"

    "Perhaps a favor, a task to be completed, or my time at a set date. There must be bounds to it however. It cannot be simply an open bargain. So name your price, but name it now, rather than later."

    True, true Matter of fact His Author was a little slow on ideas, so Dark Cep Narrated them adjacent to the brawl, assuming Rebus didn't try to stop him. "Of course. I would not expect it for free. Yet I would prefer to set the terms now—I know your skill in manipulating deals, and would not like to be left in your debt open-ended."

    Dark Cep isn't actually in the same region. Myles is the one that's there "I need a blade of Mordite. Subversion said you might be able to assist me."

    No violence for a reason :). Lore and story Indeed. Scheming would actually be quite fun and interesting, given what I'm about to begin Dark Cep called out. "Hey, Rebus! Subversion says you might be able to do me a favor."

    Alright. Since Alli stepped in anyway, he won't press it. Myles put the sword away and sighed, shaking out his hand, which was now lined with dark veins.

    Myles sighs, and at last reaches into his pocket, removing a sharp, hooked sword. It flashes out, catchinf 9/10's leg and hooking it back, tripping him.

    "You just have to heal the right parts. The parts that are supposed to sustain wear over life. Particularly the cells. Heal those, and they quickly replicate faster. It causes a slow, painful death. With more control, you can even heal growth—reduce them back down to an infant, an embryo. A cell."

    "Our abilities are used to heal, yes. But healing, in the right manner, can harm. Would you like to learn?"

    He nodded and sighed. "It's limiting, isn't it."

    "Maybe. That is not my strong suit, however. I will help heal if needed, but I would be more hindrance than help in true combat."

    No. That was merely Dark Cep pulling Rebus in to help deal with Atlas "Whatever kind you wish. That's part of its magic."
