    I burn dutaluminum while taking in Sandwichlight, and summon myself to where the Sandwich is. Unfortunately, I'm now out of Sandwichlight. However, I do grab the Sandwich, and then burn pewter and flee

    Poor Alethu The Alethi is no match for a pewter-burner's shin. His shin cracks as he kicks mine. I, having lasted the penalty kick, petition the powers that be to return the Sandwich to me.

    It's established that there are both kinds of oaths, because Rayse made the oath not to exploit loopholes as himself and not as Odium, so Taravangian wasn't forced to uphold that oath, although he did have to follow the agreement to a contest of champions, which was made as Odium and not just as Rayse.

    I shake my head and point out that I suggested a different kind of penalty kick. The powers that be take the Sandwich back as I hold up my shin again. "Kick it." *evil grin*

    I cackle in an evil way and hold up my shin as I burn pewter. I offer you a penalty kick, with an evil grin.

    I use the Sandwichlight to dismiss the pain of having been lightly touched. I then stop burning tin, which caused the problem in the first placd, and start burning pewter. This, plus my Sandwichlight, lends me the strength and speed to chase you down and tackle you in return. As the Sandwich goes flying from your hands, I launch after it and use the Surge of Sandwich—which allows me to claim the Sandwich if it is near and unclaimed—to summon it to my hands.

    Ik, I just used that to get out of it. Sorry, I wasn't trying to be mean Fortunately, this is not the first time my head has been removed. My body automatically draws in some Sandwichlight and regrows a new head. I then grab the Sandwich that's still lying there and start merrily skipping through the Wonderland at the end of the hole.

    I pop out of a hole in the ground, trip @ChipsAHoid, and take the Sandwich. I then disappear back into my hole.

    First: *HUGS* Damn that sucks Ok beflre I get into this I want to add a disclaimer: I am an atheist. I don't have anything against religion or the church, and I would appreciate if other religious people would provide any counters to what I say. With that said, I'm gonna lead with this: I personally think that if you're having problems or doubts about religion, you should consider those. I know (or at least I think?) there's something in the Bible about going to church every Sunday and all that, but I know a fair few religious people who worship without going to church. Also, idk what denomination you are but there are a lot. Now, obviously, from what you've said about your parents that may not really be an option, and in that case...I don't really have much to offer, I'm sorry. I at least hope the doctor can prove to your mom that your issues are actual issues. Blaming things on the Devil is something I hear quite a lot, and to me it just seems like making excuses and sweeping things under the rug rather than dealing with them the right way. Also: parents are just hard. Especially if they've made you not feel like you can talk to them. *more hugs for that* Also also: if you're thinking you're queer...we have a thread for that.....or not. To finish this all off, *MORE HUGS*

    Oh ok I lost track of that conversation somewhere. I think Cep's just sitting there trying to process what he's learned while y'all are talking, and when y'all are done I think we continue the way we're going for now—though I suspect we'll get pulled into this anyway at some point
