    If it is Syl, then why Syl and not Kaladin? In Lift's POV he doesn't seem to notice or even see Wyndle at least not hear him.If he cannot see Wyndle how can he see Syl?

    Not sure about ivory or pattern but wyndle was not forbidden. He was purposefully sent to bond with lift

    It is what confuses me as well. Is he sorry that he can't help or is he sorry that he gave whoever is coming after 'Little Traitor' their location? We have so little info it is impossible to make a conclusive statement.

    Maybe there is a reason Syl goes missing during high storms. Is she afraid of an encounter with the storm father? When Kaladin rides the winds during the high storm Syl was not with him or at least she was never mentioned to be there! So CHILD OF TANAVAST and CHILD OF HONOR is definitely Kaladin. Maybe Stormfather and Darkness are acting separately but they know of what the other is trying to do. Also if this leads to a confrontation between Kaladin and Darkness I don't know how Kaladin will survive. Especially with Darkness having a Larkin which seems to feed of storm light!!

    Consider this scenario: Kaladin beats Szeth and spares his life as it doesn't feel right to kill Szeth. Adolin and Dalinar riding thrill wants vengeance for Gavilar. Kaladin steps in and protects Szeth. Kaladin wins Szeth survives, everybody lives happily ever after.

    The extra stress on 'am' makes me think it is a serious conversation and its a way to accentuate the amount of confidence the speaker puts in the sentence. So my thought went to Darkness as it was pretty obvious in his conversations in Lift interlude. If it was said in a joking context then it would certainly be Syl.

    Only promise Kaladin has made right now is that he will protect Bridge 4. His promises are killed if Szeth kills Bridge 4 and he is in a position where he can't protect. It was just a thought.

    I'm sorry to hear this, but yes book depository will ship only on 4th March which will take 2-3weeks minimum. But Amazon site for Brazil was launched a few months ago. Maybe they have localised shipping. You might wanna look into that. Your best bet will be the same as mine, go for the eBook and get the hardcover later for leisurely reading.

    Its too headstrong and arrogant to be either Kaladin or Syl, unless they undergo a massive change in character and attitude, I don't see how it can be Kaladin or Syl. Only person I can think of is darkness. He already exhibits arrogance in Lift interlude, when he claims that no one is out of his reach. If he is a herald as we all speculate then years of long life and certain sects of people worshipping heralds has deluded him into thinking himself as a god.

    Wow..For me it says 17-18 days. 5th march seems a bit dodgy! The WoR comes out in India by 6th March. If it is really delivered by 5th March then you're one lucky guy! I envy you..

    My bad! Flipkart app shows two hardcovers for WoR. One some 600INR lesser than imported edition. And it says 17-18days. I'm gonna go for eBook version as I can't wait for 3weeks to get the book in my hands. Would literally go crazy if I wait that long. Get the eBook version then get hardcover for the leisurely second re read would be how I would be doing it! Thanks anyway.

    Flipkart says out of stock at the moment. I had some trouble with flipkart while getting my pre order of FIFA 13 as I missed out on many pre order packs due to delay in delivery by more than a week. So skeptical about their ability to deliver on time.

    Jasnah said the two types where emotion based spren and nature based spren. Wyndle specifically says both Honorspren and Cryptics come to visit his gardens, so he thinks there are more types of sprens. Would take Wyndle's word rather than Jasnah's as her only source of info at the moment seems to be ivory and he might or might not have complete memory back. If it's ego spren and size in proportion then it'll be in fact huge beyond measure. I like that. Egospren.

    Hoid while talking to Kaladin tells him that he was once named after a rock and it became useless for his wearing it.

    I still don't understand how you inferred Roshar from there? Two lands meet in Roshar?

    Hoid talks about having named after a stone during his conversation. It has been my belief that he is referring to Adonalsium, though it has not been confirmed.

    It certainly seems to be a directed towards Hoid. Adonalsium has been referred to as a stone I believe and it has been shattered and Hoid is the one hiding behind his old master's name.
