I had a dream about Jasnah and Kaladin yesterday night!! Hope it becomes true..

What I dread most is the moment I finish this book and the wait for the next one begins. What I expect most is more action from Kaladin!

I voted Elokhar as he is always on the periphery of the story line and would be a huge surprise when he explodes into the main plot. Would love for Jasnah to survive though.

It's really hard not to comment on this topic. My secret fantasy is that jasnah is Tarah. But doesn't matter anyway.

Won't Dalinar have the courtesy to introduce the captain of his personal guards? If he recognises, then the first thought probably on Amaran's mind will be "rust! I'm screwed"

So it is possible that Lift has said more than two ideals. Maybe it's her third. Mind you for Kaladin first ideal kinda did nothing but the second ideal gave Him better storm light retention. So when she says 'captured with words' it can mean She felt the difference when she said the words and hence could've been her second ideal which captured her 'voidbringer' for her.

Well I don't know if it is his intention to confuse and not give away anything. But I'm confused here. He could've or not? If he could've then my theory is a possibility I guess and a very good one at that I believe.

With all the speculation that's been going on here. I would love to see the look on our faces when we actually read the glimpses from the book. 'I sooo called it' moments with fist pumpings, 'This post has been reported for attempting to skirt the rules!! How did I get that wrong?' Moments, 'Holy rust!! I didn't expect that' moments and the sheepish smile moments 'lol.. Did I think that' moments. Will make this book a very special one indeed. Sorry for being off topic.

Coming to think of it. In Dalinar's visions, Tanavast (if that actually is Tanavast) says that Odium has killed him. Possible that Honor has been shattered and Tanavast is dying? Odium has killed me being he has shattered Honor and Tanavast is dying? Tanavast has made one last effort to reach out to anyone possible. Coming to the topic, there is a possibility that if anyone who knows the value of the body of even a dead god would want to preserve it (possibly the heralds). Soulcast Tanavast's body into stone. Teach the shins that stones are holy and walking on them is blasphemy without actually telling them why. Keep it safe where there are no high storms! There has to be a reason why Shins are so honor bound and why there are no high storms in Shinovar and why stones are considered holy by shins. Possible that I might be hallucinating everything after getting high on Storm light. I tell you this storm light archive is more intoxicating than any Weed or booze I ever had.

Splintering honor and Tanavast dying can be different events right? Maybe one of the heralds did the soul casting and kept it safe in shinovar. Isn't there a WoB that rosharians are more cosmere aware than others? No high storms in Shinovar. Though I can't say how they come to kaladin's hands or how Tien understands what they are!

Can it be not Sadeas who is speaking this? Adolin challenges Sadeas and during the fight Sadeas gets the upper hand and says this maybe?

I was re-reading Words of Radiance preview chapters and came across this. " When kings and light eyes died, they were soulcast into stone." Shin consider stone as holy and consider walking on stone as blasphemy. Tien collected random stones and gave them to Kaladin, which mysteriously made Kaladin think it had a face on it and made his worries go away. Tanavast was soulcast into stone when he passed away, which is why Shin consider them holy as they're of honor. Kaladin holds a piece of Tanavast's body soulcast into stone. Might be those stones which was given by Tien to Kaladin be influencing him to act with honor?

1. Ivory seems to be invisible to humans (like Syl) except for a few occasions(once as a matter of fact as Shallan accidentally barges in on them and Ivory seem surprised at seeing her). 2. Ivory has bonded with Jasnah against the wishes of other spren authority (More like what Syl claims to have done.). 3. There is dissension between Honor spren and Cryptics. 4. There is dissension amongst spren about who gets to call themselves Honor spren (WoB) 5. Ivory seems to be neither a Honor spren or Cryptics, though calls Cryptics as Liespren. 6. While having a conversation Syl associates lying with Cryptic. 7. Cryptics by admission likes 'true lies'. Speculations: 1 Ivory is neither Honor spren or Cryptic but sides with Honorspren evident from points 1&2 thus calls Cryptics 'Liespren' which might be an insult or a dig at Cryptics for their liking for 'True lies' which can be interpreted as abstract truth or 'hidden truths'. 2. The dissension between Honor spren and Cryptics is that who gets to call themselves Honorspren. 3. Both of them seek the truth. Honor spren is more straight forward and seeks the truth and oaths in its entirety or its face value. Cryptics seek truth which are hidden and abstract, which are difficult to take by face value, as they may seem like a lie on the surface but is more abstract and hidden beneath layers. 4. Either they're the only spren types who're completely of honour or they're the only sprens who're not a combo of honour and cultivation. Honorspren being completely of honour and cryptics being completely of Cultivation which would make point 2 invalid. 5. There is a good chance that Ivory and Syl would get along pretty well rather than with Pattern thus making way for my secret hope that Jasnah and Kaladin will be a couple. ( I mean come on: Closely related spren types or at least spren types on the same side(check); Mutual hatred for Amaran(check);Jasnah's hatred for Kaladin's gender and Kaladin's hatred for Jasnah's kind(light eyes)(check); all the ingredients for an epic romance in and epic setting; Make it Happen Mr.Brandon.. please.. )
