  1. She sighed. "I don't know- we don't even know what's Ruia's doing right now . . . what was it that Lady Bug said earlier? That we need to remind her that she's human or something?"
  2. . . . are you okay? YES AWWWWWW
  3. She shrugged. "Yeah . . . sorry- sorry about earlier . . . that was selfish of me." she muttered, ashamed.
  4. Heheh Wouldst thou like a duck? Ehe too bad you're getting it anyway Idk
  5. "Oh! Oh, oh, yeah- no, I-I remember." She sniffed and looked up at him. "What do you want to do? D-do you have any ideas?" She felt . . . a lot better now, for some reason.
  6. . . . I have no idea
  7. She let go of him reluctantly, wiping her eyes. ". . . What?"
  8. "Well . . . I could take us somewhere else . . . ?" she asked hopefully.
  9. She hugged him tighter. "W-will you stay here, then? With me? Please?"
  10. Scud, she was too tired for this. "I- I don't know. I don't know how to explain it right now . . . I just do. I care about you so much- you have no idea," she chuckled sadly.
  11. "I don't either! And I really don't know how to help you. It worries me a lot . . . I wish I did . . ."
  12. Her crying quieted ever so slightly. "You don't need to fix me, Bat. You can't fix me. Not- not even my Author could fix me at this point, if she tried," she laughed bitterly, exhausted. "I wouldn't be me anymore." She sniffed. "I don't think she ever meant for you to fix me, I think she just wanted you to help me move on. Grow, I guess." She took some more deep breaths, finally calming down. "If anything . . . she probably meant for us to help each other." Yeah, that felt right.
  13. "No you didn't!" she cried, stamping her foot angrily. Who cared it if was childish, really? "I did this to myself, Bat! FOR HEAVEN'S SAKE, IT WASN'T YOU!"
  14. She nodded and hugged him tighter, wanting to hold him as much as she possibly could before he inevitably decided to leave her again.
  15. She wasn't done though. She took a couple deep breaths before she continued. "B-but then- then you saved me, and I just- I woke up and I felt disappointed at first, then sad and scared because I realized I didn't want to leave you . . ." a sob escaped her throat, and she took another breath. "A-and now I'm scared you're going to do the same thing, and I- I couldn't let you come out here alone . . . I-I don't want you t-to- I-I care about you too much to lose you now-!" She was full on sobbing now. "Please- please don't go anywhere. Please stay here- I need you, I don't care if you don't believe me, I just do, okay?!" she cried.
  16. *hug* yeah It can be really hard to see God, and I get how rehearsed the advice sounds I'm sorry Seriously though, finding someone to talk to outside of your family . . . it helped me so much. So much. Or writing characters who deal with the same things I deal with, ranting to friends who are willing to listen . . . that kind of thing. *HUG* We're here for you, dude.
  17. She nodded, feeling hot tears spill onto her cheeks. "I-I didn't . . . it wasn't supposed to turn out that way, at first . . . but everything just started weighing down on me as I walked, a-and I didn't-" she sniffed, shivering, "-didn't see a point anymore, so I-I just kept walking . . . and I got cut by branches, and I slipped and hit my head on a rock and it hurt-" she took a deep breath, "and it hurt but I didn't care because everything else just hurt so much more, and it stopped being cold and I figured . . . figured what was the point in going on, so I just . . . didn't- I didn't and then I got tired and it felt good to just lay there in the quiet and then- and then-" She hugged him tighter, feeling genuinely scared.
  18. "The- the snow. A while ago . . ." she said a little louder.
  19. She stared at him. Then she just hugged him. She really hoped he would hug her back. She didn't know what else to do. She remembered a brief moment when he'd mentioned that his Author said he was going insane, and . . . she really hoped he wasn't. She wasn't broken- he wasn't supposed to fix her . . . But what if she was? Well, if she was, then he definitely was, too. He was doing- doing the exact same things she'd done a little while ago. When she was hurting like this . . . "In . . . in the snow," she whispered, voice hoarse from not speaking for a few days.
  20. oh my goodness *hug* I would say . . . those people are right, sometimes. If you turn to God, He'll help you. But at the same time, He gave us agency, the ability for ourselves to choose what we do . . . and he doesn't control anyone. Maybe you're being faithful, and he's trying to help your parents relationship, but they're choosing not to accept it. Maybe help hasn't come yet, but it will soon. In any case, don't go anywhere. It'll get better, I promise. Maybe not in the ways that you think, but it will. If you need to, you should talk to your bishop. Seriously, he's there to help you. We're here too, of course, but it would be best to find help from people in person. Anyway. Not sure if that's actually helpful, but I'm doing my best here. Don't go anywhere
  21. Her eyes grew wide. You . . . talked to . . . my Author? she said slowly, processing what that meant. Her hands started shaking, and she shoved them in her pockets. W-what did she say?
  22. She went after him, trying to ignore that last part, because . . . well, what else could she do? Fix me . . . Bat, you don't have to fix me- what are you talking about? She caught up to him. Is that what you think you're doing? Fixing me!? Gosh, Bat, you don't- She sighed. Please- please, just . . . just listen to me for a minute, she stammered, trying to get him to stay.
