    I don’t believe there are humans that idiotic. The women specifically. I have a couple female friends who hate how all of the women are portrayed as headstrong to such a fault that it’s arguably their only defining trait. The men are stubborn too, and unreasonable most of the time, but I feel that the women are the most unfairly portrayed. The pacing is so weird. Nothing happened in the first 10/11 of the books and the last little bit is so chock full of action. It’s not so much as a slog through the middle books, but the middle of each book. You must admit, it can be painfully slow

    I don’t hate the books, just the majority of View Point Characters (the boys are stubborn jerks and the girls are stuck-up know-it-all Brats) and the pacing. The books are great though

    I sincerely doubt that. The pacing is so bad, I get tired of reading it after a couple chapters. I’m on book 7 and I started beginning of the year. It’s a Slog to get through those books. But you should read them anyways, even if you miraculously do it in a month that’s an entire month where your mind is fully occupied.

    Oh boy… let’s see. I told my entire FSY company to specifically read mistborn, there were 20 people besides me, so I have at least 40 points. I don’t know the rest of my stats, but I do recommend Sanderson a lot, most of the time specifically mistborn (I think it’s the best place to start) in total, I probably have close to 70 points I will share, offer, and proffer, and bring the world the glory of the people’s, places, and planets of the man, the myth, the legend, Brandon Sanderson, for the benifit of humankind, and the benefit of those things to be brought into the world.
