  1. Rye stumbled into the tavern, then immediately passed out on the floor. He wasn't drunk; he hadn't slept for four nights straight. It was hard to sleep when the witch hunters were after him. "I'm not a witch..." he mumbled after a couple minutes. "Witches don't exist... You're stupid..."
  2. Happy birthday, Ookla!

  3. yea but i'm waiting for RoyalBeeMage to respond to my character's question
  4. While everyone else is doing other things, I steal the Sandwich using the machine, then make the machine guard my house.
  5. "That's what I was thinking, too," Wyldri said. "I wonder if there are any more out there..." She scooped some rock chunks and dust from the monster into a bag. "You never know?"
  6. Rye made a strange expression. "So, ah, Roy... Where'd you get your... Nickname?"
  7. "Rye's the name, and I'm here for... purposes." He beamed energetically, and, I will say, somewhat suspiciously.
  8. I know it's been some time... How's the book coming?
  9. Hello. I would like to affirm, once again, I am dark haired.
  10. I'd like to announce my hair is now slightly curly. The color is still dark brown. That's it.
  11. What letter comes after "X" again? I will do it again, and there's nothing you can do to stop me.
  12. I trip on it and somehow find myself holding the Sandwich when I come to again.
  13. Indeed. Also it's been almost 50 years since 2024. Just saying, Treamayne is in his 90s, and I'm turning 60.
  14. Granted, but it's from 3 AM to 1 PM. Sorry. I wish strmblsd would lose the game.
  15. Rye quietly sneaked off to explore the area. This was not going the way he'd intended. After finding a place where he could be alone, he pulled a small golden bowl from under his robes and placed it on the ground. He reverently poured water into it from a flask, then bowed as he felt a presence emerge. "My liege, I have no idea what I'm doing." "Your bluntness is appreciated, servant. Remember our bargain. Eternal life is not something I give without proper compensation. If you fail to pay our price within three days..." The disembodied voice laughed in an evil fashion. "A grim fate awaits you, Rye." Rye tried to push that thought out of his head. "Are you sure this place even has ANYTHING to do with sacrifices AT ALL??? From what I've seen, it's just a friendly, if suspicious, group of people." "It matters not, servant, but your tone does. Do not speak this way to your master. You will give me blood, and I have no issue with it being your own. Now go, and find a sacrifice for me. Try to integrate yourself into their society." "Apologies, master. Thank you for your generosity. Farewell." The water in the bowl suddenly quivered, then evaporated into steam, briefly forming a skull before puffing away. Rye sighed and began walking back to the group, hoping no one had overheard.
  16. Wyldri crouched near the fallen monster's remains, feeling the stone dust with one translucent hand. "I don't know about you, but I've never found these things roaming around in the wild. I think something, or someone, created it. Now, why would they create this? What are they trying to protect? Questions, so many questions..."
  17. Rye realized he had been spacing out for some time, and greeted the newcomers. Sacrifices! Of course there are no sacrifices here! I'll have to go somewhere else. Well, maybe I can stay a bit. He looked around nervously.
  18. Granted you are a billionaire in random diseases I wish that I could just go back to being homeschooled...
  19. I am most certainly interested, and will have any excuse to write another book! I honestly don't care what genre it is but fantasy sounds good to me.
  20. Correct!!!
  21. You all try not to notice the chicken feet imprints in the cake.
  22. Awesome (Cosmere)
