  1. Welcome to the Shard! I highly recommend Mistborn, my personal favorite of Brandon’s works, starting with The Final Empire (sometimes simply titled Mistborn, depending on the edition).
  2. “Oh, of course, of course sir, so happy to have you. Which kind of tea would you like? Do you know where Victor is?”
  3. I’ve made my character, but I had an idea for a villain…am I allowed to have two? Would I have time for two?
  4. “Who are you?!! Are you authorized to be here? Do you want tea?”
  5. Azelea goes to a chair next to a desk, not knowing where the Gamemakers are. She puts her head on the desk and within seconds she’s asleep. Her last waking thought was Victor…where was he? Was he okay? She certainly hoped so.
  6. Azelea gets out of her bed and makes a big pot of tea for all the Gamemakers, oblivious to absolutely everything that’s happened.
  7. It should be "Grammar Police." Or "Grammar Police!"
  8. I had an idea for a character, and @Ashbringer said to put it here, so in the hopes that I’m doing the right thing: (warning: very minor Yumi spoilers ahead)
  9. So I have a character idea I’ve posted about once or twice. In times of old, that would be put in one of the character threads to be reviewed by mods or it get feedback (I think). Should I do that, or wait until we have more plot?
  10. Welcome to oldness! Happy birthday.

  11. "Victor? Are...are you all right?"
  12. Hmmmmm...plot. I had an idea for a character from Kilhato chasing after a Worldhopper lover that eventually settled down in Alleycity. I'm not sure how much or how little that should influence the plot, though.
  13. A sudden thought comes to Azelea: Victor. Where could he be? She gets out from the couch and sets off to find the Gamemaker, fear still in her heart but replaced by anticipation, joy, and…love. Love, such a strange feeling for a strange word. Azelea had never understood it but she understood that no mortal did, and so tried to follow when possible. And she did think that she felt love for Victor, distant thoughts he may be.
  14. Azelea jumps a little about what she said about the eating and, as soon as Medea leaves, goes underneath a sofa to hide.
  15. Azelea starts quivering with fear. At least this detective seemed to be nice, but she was still terrified that Elan would barge in. “D-d-downstairs. Go downstairs. He h-has a whole lab f-f-for st-st-stopping the g-games.”
  16. Azelea sighed, and hoped Elan wouldn’t come barging into the room to get revenge on her. “He’s a rebel.”
  17. “It’s…Elan. He…he….” This detective person scared Azelea.
  18. @The Wandering Wizard “Ms. Detective Person? I have something…very important to tell you.”
  19. I loved Whisper of the Heart so, so much. It is actually what made me first think about writing, something I enjoy a lot and plan to do as a career, and it has a special place in my heart. And the studio is definitely very versatile, their films encompass so many genres while most are still clearly of similar styles.
  20. Oregon Road & Recreation Atlas
  21. Linguine Pasta Cookbook
  22. Lord Ruler, we bow down to thee. Happy birthday!
