Edgar sagged against Jenny, putting more of his weight on her. He felt bad, but it was the only way he could stand. He was weak. She deserved someone stronger than him.

Edgar was glad Jenny was there supporting him. He didn’t think he would be able to be standing without her. His leg wasn’t bleeding as much anymore, but it still dripped blood.

Edgar got up onto one leg, wincing, and hopped over to her. He nearly collapsed, but he made it and leaned heavily on her.

He took it hesitantly, then ate it. His pain faded some, though it was still quite strong. “Do you need some?”

“It’s…not going to work. He needs Gorgon’s blood.” Edgar’s voice was weak from blood loss.

Gift grew longer and sharper, slicing into the chimera’s flank. Jenny’s dagger flew true, piercing the monster’s eye, driving through and into the brain. As soon as it did, the monster burst into dust. “My baby!” the woman shrieked. Edgar crawled over to Jenny, leaving a blood trail behind him. He brushed the hair from her face, ignoring his own pain. “Are you ok?” He whispered.

It’s been a while since I’ve been imagined, what do I look like? Also, @Spark of Hope You have a roundish face, freckles, brown hair, you’re roughly 5’5. You wear a jacket and boots. -
