“I can’t just leave my body, they’ll know. So I have to really die. You’ll need to make or find me a body that I can reconnect to if you can. I need to be burned, my body completely destroyed.”
“I…I can. Thank you.” He seemed to be on the edge of saying something more.
”I think it’s my spirit. They don’t know about limbo so they assumed I died.”

Daniel woke, and strangely found his hand in Rex’s hair. She was asleep in his arms, and he made sure not to make no motion that could wake her, other than running his hand through her hair again.
“Is there anything else you need me for?” Helda asked into the darkness.
He stirred, seeming to be on the brink of waking. He stroked a hand through her hair, then fell back into a deep sleep.
