When I got back to Nebraska after my vacation, I didn't really feel like I was home until Sunday rolled around and I went back to church.

So...I know it would probably flop, and I'd need to work on it more...
But what if we tried an RP where, instead of making a character, you made something akin to a noble house, or even an entire planet, for a more large scale political Dune-esque thingy?
So, you might have control over a few main characters, but otherwise you'd be maneuvering politically and militarily an entire noble house, which might have control over several entire planets.
Is that something people would be interested in, if it ever started? Should we focus on RP's that are already going instead? Is it too big of a scale? Are there any people who'd be willing to help me come up with some ideas for it, and maybe figure out a basic plot?
Gauging interest.

AUDITIONS FOR LION KING ARE TOMORROW!!! I am nervous and excited! Casting announcements come out either tomorrow or Monday morning. I have rehearsal every night this week! It will be exhausting but fun! Wish me luck!

I know I probably shouldn't, but there's a Barnes and Noble within sight of me and I still haven't finished buying all of The Wheel of Time books.

So I made a mistake with my July reading list and bit off more than I could chew. I finished one out of five books.
Because of that, my August reading list is only going to be three books.
Gardens of the Moon, by Steven Erikson, Last Argument of Kings, by Joe Abercrombie, and The Grace of Kings, by Ken Liu.
Just those three, and I will be starting the first this evening.
