    Opinion of the day #27: being a DM... isn't that hard, actually. I haven't run a session yet, but the prep has been fairly simple

      Dungeon master. It's a D&D term that denotes me as the person who puts together and runs adventures for the other players. I voice, control, and come up with all of the NPCs, as well as make sure that combat and other encounters aren't (too) difficult.

      I haven't played a ton. Just Lost Mines of Phandelver and a few one-shots. But I had fun, so now that I finally convinced my mom to let me do this, I'm putting together a campaign (or at least, the beginnings of one) for my gf and my siblings.
