That was actually 1455, but there was a lot of confusion in the last page. 1456

Good links to both your AMA and writings. Elsecaller, Ravenclaw are both good choices. And a list of shardbuddies as is traditional. I don't like when people put too many colours in their signatures though, so I'l say 8/10.

I haven't, but maybe would be able to if I were relly hungry. NHIE eaten a mushroom.

If this goes on the same rate, this thread is going to reach 100000 in 190 years. 1432

In my opinion Fabrials don't count as a magic system the same way shardbearing doesn't count. They are simply using tools of the Radiants. If we had to categorize it in a magic system then it would be Surgebinding.

I think this depends on whether the Catacendre counted as "destroying the world" or not. If not then it could be what will make Harmony turn into Discord permanently.

Kelsier Vin Wayne Hoid Adolin I need to put more thought into this, but these are the first top five I could think of.

In this thread you can all post pictures of your Sanderson shelves, ask advice on what to collect or read next, etc. Here's my personal cosmere collection (hoping to get arcanum unbound and TLM soon)

I like the idea of Evi as Odium's champion, but I don't think Azure would trust Odium enough to do him a favor and the death rattles appear like the subject who experienced them interpretes them. If the subject saw a vision of a lifeless Evi then he probably wouldn't refer to her as a baby.
-
The subject was an ardent so he might have recognized an Honorblade from descriptions and paintings.

I belive that the death rattles that we saw in TWoK shape out the future of SA arc 1, so I decided to decipher some of them to shape out the events SA 5. Here's my theory on what's going to happen: After Taravangian becomes Odium's vessel he is going to need Kharbranth for strategic reasons, but his daughter wouldn't give Kharbranth to him and would insist that it remained neutral. Taravangian then loses control over his intent and in his rage destroys Kharbranth. Taravangian will gather a large army of singers and fused, as he plans to attack Urithiru after the contest of champions. This seems to refer to the contest of champions and Gavinor would almost fit that description if it weren't for the fact that the death rattle said that it would be a "suckling child", which refers more to a baby, but no baby would have the capacity to choose to be Odium's champion. Other than that Gavinor would fit perfectly, because he was tormented by voidspren for a long time in Kholinar and that would allow Odium to send him visions and would allow him to manipulate him. This also seems to refer to the contest of champions. "So the night will reign" refers to Odium's rule and "for the choice of honor is life" should fit if Gavinor would be Odium's champion, because it would sound like Dalinar (bonded to a splinter of honor) would not be capable to kill Gavinor, thus the choice of honor or the honorable choice is life (letting Gavinor live). So this would predict that Dalinar would lose the contest of champions. This would refer to the situation Kaladin would be in if Dalinar would lose the contest of champions. "The fallen title " would refer to the title of the King of Urithiru, "The tower" would be Urithiru, "the crown" would be the position of the leader and "the spear" would refer to Kaladin and would mean that he would need to go and fight. This death rattle pretty much tells us what Dai-gonarthis the unmade we haven't yet seen onscreen does. It pretty clearly tells us that she/he is the one who consumes peoples emotions like what happend to Moash. This probably doesn't refer to Moash, since he gave up his emotions because of guilt not sorrow. This could refer to Dalinar after he lost the contest of champions, because he probably wouldn't be very happy about serving Odium and Odium would need Dai-gonarthis to consume his emotions for him to function as his herald. This could refer to the heralds, but they didn't have Shardblades so I think this could mean the reforging of the oathpact. This could happen after the contest of champions when they have to fight against a giant army of fused and singers and they're leader is dead, then Navani could reforge the oathpact with the new heralds being Kaladin, Szeth, a Dustbringer that we haven't yet seen, Lift, Renarin, Shallan, Jasnah, Venli, a new Stoneward and Navani herself. Conclusion: Taravangian would destroy Kharbranth after losing control of his intent and would gather a giant army of Fused and Singers. Taravangian would choose Gavinor as his champion and Dalinar would be unable to kill him and would lose the contest. After Taravangian won he would attack Urithiru. Kaladin would swear the final oath of the windrunners in the battle. Navani would then reforge the Oathpact and they would drive away Odium's armies. Any thoughts?

"The suckling child" seems to refer more to a baby and Gavinor doesn't exactly match that descrpition, but would Dalinar be capable to kill even a baby he doesn't know? I'll write more about this in a future post I'm planning to do.

Frustration's Firepower Index: Roshar, updated for Wind and Truth
Ati16 replied to Frustration's topic in Cosmere Discussion
You should do Nalthis next, though that would be difficult, since we don't know how technologically advanced are they during SA. We can assume that not much has changed because at the start of SA maybe only a decade or two has passed? I don't know if there is a WoB for the length of time between Warbreaker and tWoK. -
1. I would try to find out if I was having a dream. 2. If I wasn't having a dream I would go and try to touch one to find out if I'm sane or not. 3. I would go home until someone told me what was going on.

It's possible that not every feruchemist was slaughtered by the inquisitors. Some might not have been in Tathingdwen when the inquisitors attacked or some might have escaped and Kelsier could have recruited them to make the bands.
-
They had a lot of allomantic metals stored up in the Urteau storage cavern.
-
Spook wouldn't need to be a fullborn to make the bands. He could just spike himself to give him f-nicrosil and do the same thing to <fifteen other ferrings. Kelsier could have had multiple people working on creating the bands.
-
So I have been thinking what Lerasium's alloy would be and it seems to me that if lerasium grants people allomancy, then it's alloy would take it away. For example, if a mistborn(or a misting) burned lerasium's alloy, then the mistborn would lose his or her allomantic abilities. The metal would fit as an alloy of lerasium and aluminum, as aluminum has such a negative effect on investiture. The metal could be used as a wepon against allomancers. Sorry if this has already been discussed or there already is a WoB for this.

But wouldn't that mean that his Ruin and Preservation sides are working together in harmony towards the same ultimate goal? I like the idea of fitting the Terris prophecy with the war against Odium and Autonomy. I don't think one spike wouldn't give Harmony that much influence over Kelsier and getting a trellium spike would probably be even worse, because that would open him up to the influence of Autonomy who is the enemy they are fighting against. My theory is that after the war Sazed will pick up either Odium or Autonomy(probably Autonomy, because that would fit better with his intent) and that would balance out Ruin and Preservation solving the problem of Discord.

I have a theory about what Hoid asked Harmony to do. In MeLaan's epilogue we see people with red hair who she says she needs to help, in the cognitive realm who are probably the Unkalaki(Horneaters) and given that they are the ones who control Cultivation's prependicularity, they would be the first ones out in case of a disaster, so we guess that either Odium won and everyone is fleeing from Roshar or the Horneater Peaks were invaded by Odium and Hoid asked Harmony to send out Kandra to help the immigrants of Roshar to safety. In my opinion one Taravangian is better than hundreds of Unmade and Voidspren.

Oathbringer probably, because all of the epic fight scenes, though all the SA books are epic. After Stormlight would be TFE.
