  Well assuming by medieval you mean 1000-1500s then he would be absolutely collosal compared to his peers. Average male height was only 5'5-5'7.
  
  Which would also make her quite tall, as average women's height was around 5'0.
  
  Or I suppose a new measurement for her at 5'3 and him at 5'11 would be more accurate.
