One of the best things that's helped me get over blocks of any type is having a group. Because of that, I am now forced (yes, at gunpoint) to have at least a couple of pages every month to bring and read to the group. Has that fixed plotholes? No. Has that helped with worldbuilding? Kinda. Has it helped me get words onto the page? Absolutely.

In-person groups are one of the best ways to help keep you a regular writer.
