None of the inquisitors stopped him.

Still, they didn’t answer. Eventually, they arrived at a thick wooden door. One of them pounded on it, and a voice called, “Enter.” They did, and TAAron saw a very familiar high lord. “Ah…” Tal nodded. “The greater the power, the worse the insanity, right?”

“So…” Tal said after a moment. “Do you have a name?”

None of them answered, only started beating at him again, then continued dragging him along. Tal nodded, wishing again for his magic. But…no. This man was proof of what it could do to a person. “Come on.” He started walking towards the medical wing.

One of the inquisitors kicked him. “Calm yourself.”

The inquisitors held tight.

There was no reply.

The inquisitors gripped him tighter, dragging him along a stone passage.

Rue blinked in surprise, stumbling back. As soon as she stood, a sharp pain shot through her head, and she cried out, falling to the floor as several steel inquisitors rushed forward. A pair of them grabbed TAAron, dragging him off. “No…” Rue whispered, but she couldn’t stop the black cloud that invaded her mind. Everything faded to black.

Tal glances at him. Something is off... "Easy," Tal said. "I'm not trying to hurt you. No one here is going to hurt you. I would advise you to think before doing anything reckless."

"Hmm..." Tal frowned. "If you can't find him, let me know and I'll help you out when I'm finished here." @RoyalBeeMage

Chairwoman Eddie was quiet for a long moment, then nodded. "Continue."

"He should be in his room, or around the clinic," Tal said. "I haven't felt him leave since he came back from Scadrial, so unless he died again, he's still here."

Chairwoman Eddie looked down at the child icily. "Child, if you have nothing to contribute to this court, you will be removed. Speak, I charge you, speak, or be gone."

Tal turned away from the newcomer. "Hey, It's...Aven, right? Aventine? Do you need something?"

Rue heard him, and was embarrassingly relieved to know that he was there. She couldn't find the strength to respond, not without closing her eyes, and she didn't dare leave herself vulnerable to the creature in front of her. So she waited, and hoped, and hated herself with every breath she took.

Clinic: Main Entrance Tal gestured for the stranger to follow him. "Come on," he said kindly. "We're here to help." @RoyalBeeMage Scadrial: ??? Rue woke up, shivering. One of the men with spikes through his eyes was watching her. "What do you want from me?" She whispered. It didn't answer. She tried to weave a gateway, but she couldn't feel the power. Almost like...no, no. Not that. It was just a strange sort of shield. It had to be. She leaned back against the stone wall, and tried to find that faint link in her mind again, but it was so distant...so she just sat there, watching the inquisitor and knowing that, despite his lack of eyes, he was watching her too.

Okay so at young woman’s last night, we were painting Book of Mormon’s. And mine turned out so cute, I love it so much!!
