Heyo guys!
Most of you probably know that I love to write (if you didn’t know that, go look at my creator’s corner :)))))
A lot of you also know that my mental health is all over the scudding place, and I know that a lot of you guys struggle with it too.
Something I decided to try this year is a gratitude journal. I know it can feel super cheesy and pointless but it’s so important to me to be able to control the thoughts I have, and I want to make the things in my head more positive.
…my whole point being, here’s the list of prompts I have. The formatting is goofy cause I just copy and pasted pretty much the whole thing, and some of them aren’t very good but uh…we do what we can, y’know? So if anyone wants or needs it, here’s my list, and may you guys find more peace in tomorrow than you did in yesterday.
