She shot her own. It skewed to the left a little more then she'd like, but it still sunk into the wood alright. "The bandit's must have stolen it off of someone," She pondered aloud. "These things aren't cheap and from our own experience I'd say they weren't the most successful at robbing companies with good coin."

"I've never heard of someone using more then before," Nera said, intrigued. "Not that I have the budget to do it if I had." She finally reloaded the crossbow after just watching, and pointed at a new tree. This one was closer and thicker, but the dark bark made it hard to see even with moonlight. "How about that?"

"That's the main drawback," Nera said with a chuckle, "They take a bit longer to draw then a traditional bow. But, with practice you'll memorize the system and it'll go a little faster."

"Yes, but every bit of practice counts," Nera said. She aimed her crossbow, holding it steady, and shot. The bolt slammed into the tree hard enough to make it quiver. "Crossbow's generally have poorer power and range then a traditional bow, but their much easier to learn to aim and pick up quickly." She gave him a few pointers on aiming while she re-loaded.

"NOT AGAIIIN." He said as he shook him, laughing. He pried her off with a strong grip. "You'll find out later."

"Nothing," Lee repeated. "Nothing at all."

"Nothing!" Lee said, a grin on his face.

"Dougella's going to announce it, not me." He said slyly.

"Hey don't give our location away!" July whispered a little annoyed. "If you're going to help out maybe you could throw rocks or something." He started digging through his bag praying he had a few more bolts stashed away.

"Yeah, Sharp'i managed to escape by faking death early on and I think that game ended in a rebellion, which is how Kandy got out," Lee explained.

"Yeah, Sharp'i is the only one in the family who's ever one a games. He then legally changed his name so he could be part of the reaping pool for the next one. At the time McDonalds were leading a criminal organization that wanted to take down the games and the government. Getting Sharp'i back into the games was part of their plan."

"Really? I knew they met in his second games, but nothing else."

He chuckled, "Well, I'm glad I never had one done. It always seemed like a waste of money to me anyway."

"That's right, through Sharp'i's wife right? I'll admit that I don't know much about those two. My father didn't teach me about them because Sharp'i wasn't a direct descendant of Sharp."

"Yeah, we had those too. My father had one done and it hung in our entryway during my childhood," He said thoughtfully. He shot another arrow, idly wondering how many of these guys there were.

"Yeah, now you know we're all so weird!" Lee said, trying to lighten the mood.

"We have pictures where I come from," Aki said conversationally after letting another arrow fly. "They're expensive though."
