  1. "Okay!" Jules stood up.
  2. "Yay!! I like helping people!"
  3. "Do you think that I could be any color?" Jules asked excitedly. "Oh this'll be so fun!"
  4. "Ooo what's that gonna do?" She watched as her scales changed color to much the paper. "Oh pretty!!"
  5. "Oh okay, what're they gonna do?"
  6. "Oh, alright! Am I gonna be water proof?"
  7. "Why do I have scales now?" She asked innocently.
  8. "Hello?" Jules called out. Maybe they'd answer some of her questions if she was polite.
  9. Jules touched the scales on her hand, they felt odd and slick. She sat up and rubbed her eyes, trying to remember more.
  10. that doesn't mean I'm not gonna make it difficult though Lee will be fine what's a little more trauma
  11. nah elans not rooting for me lol kinda poetic that the character he killed is gonna be present for the death of another character he wants dead love you elan plus I've won before so I kind of feel bad trying to win when other people should get to have the chance, y'know?
  12. Sharlin spotted them through the trees. She slowed down as she neared them, hoping to keep the noise of her movement at a minimum. They were moving, so she couldn't really hide and wait for the perfect moment to shoot. Instead she continued to close the gap between them until the duo was about thirty yards away. She ducked behind a tree for some immediate cover. Hey be careful, this is two against one. "I'll just take one out before they can engage," she whispered back. Pulling out her gun, she cocked it and aimed it at the boy. Better to get rid of the one she had no experience with first. Once she got a clear line, Sharlin pulled the trigger. The gunshot cracked through the trees, scaring away birds and betraying her location, but hopefully it would be worth it. @Uninteligenius

  16. Oh, okay. I personally really dislike that definition, but I think understand where you're coming from. Yeah, I think the current injustices out way any benefits (in the art field specifically). !! Anyway !! How is everybody today? I'm trying to stay positive but I feel really burnt out with school today. A lot of my classes are just boring busy work stuff.
  17. You're right, there's nothing inherently evil about it, hence why I said I'd be interested if someone came up with a way to do it ethically. Like a weapon, it's harmless in the hands of someone who won't use it to harm others. Unfortunately, it's directly catered to people who can and will use it unethically, or people who are ignorant of the damage it does. In the context of how it fits into our current world, it has massive issues that shouldn't be ignored. I think the large number of problems with it will make realistically 'fixing' it incredibly difficult. We could solve the intellectual property theft by only training it on copyright free works, but it would still be terrible for the environment. We could have it powered by green energies sources, but a greedy company might still use it to replace workers who deserve jobs. I could go on. My point is, yes in a vacuum there's nothing wrong with it. But we're not in a vacuum. That first sentence is kinda confusing me, but I have to disagree with your ai art point. What is your definition of art? I think it's widely agreed upon that art is human expression. Ai generation just creates patterns of pixels that copy stuff it's scraped from online sites. That's not a human expressing themself, that's an algorithm. And I think comparison with human works is inevitable. The computer is training itself on human art to mimic it, of course we're going to compare the two. Image generation is marketed as something that will directly replace artists. Sorry, I'm passionate about this loll
