    You don't need to apologize for your first comment, I totally get how you feel! As for your advice, I think the idea of sharing is wonderful, but I'm not sure if it would work with my friends. They tend to be very argumentative and opinionated, so I'm not sure if it would make them change the subject. If I replied with just a testimony, I think they would see it as 'sheriffing' even if I was just sharing, and start and argument. (which I'm terrified of because confrontation is scary) That being said, I've never tried sharing before with them, I'm just making guesses based on how they've reacted to other things in the past. So I maybe I will try, if the opportunity presents itself. Thanks for your input, I appreciate it

    ". . .Nice," Merinn said utterly and completely confused. Were they naming metals? "Uh . . . steel," he whispered back, using the first one he thought of. He gave a thumbs up to be extra convincing that he knew what he was talking about. Ali'i giggled and started listing off all the metals he knew, including some Merinn had never heard of.

    okay guys, ever since the update I haven't been seeing your SU's, and I think it had to do with my notification settings.

    I've fiddled with it and it should work now, but could someone make an SU to test it? That would help a lot.

    Oh yeah, I started with Stomlight so I get what you mean. He uses the name Hoid in several other books, so people just started using it for him in general.

    Lol no shame in loving a fantastic character! My fav is definitely Hoid, but Kaladin's right up there with him for sure

    Thanks! I really appreciate this For #2 that was my main concern, coming off as rude, which is why I've had a hard time talking to them about it it in the past. I think that I will try to speak up more, but I'll do my best to be respectful.

    Your probably right, I should just fight the people pleaser in me and risk being annoying. I have a hard time with it because --anxiety-- but there's no harm in trying harder right? Thanks for the advice

    I was wondering if I could get some friend advice from the perspective of others in the church, if that's alright. Be warned it's super uper long, I have a hard time expressing my thoughts briefly. The spiel: Sorry to make you read that big long thing, but at this point, I really need some advice.

    Sorry If I'm being a little more inactive recently, I'm going through some stressful stuff in life and I feel the need to focus on that. 

    So, I probably won't pop on as much as normal the next couple days. Please don't worry, I'm fine, school's just getting really intense. 

    Also, I realize that Threnodite Hunger Games has started, I will try and get to it, but we'll see. It's difficult to judge how much energy I'll have.

    Oh! quick update on my reading: I finished Tress, which was an absolute masterpiece, and I've started Yumi.  I'm only a few chapters in but I am enjoying it so far.
