Cloud's heart thundered in his chest. This was a dangerous game.
How many minutes had passed? He was counting on his friend's to attack the Sith when the sun eliminated the shadows. He just needed a little longer.
"First of all bud, not a padawan."
He lifted the soul up, inspecting it in the sunlit.
"This must be pretty important huh?"
Agreeing or disagreeing to Krarik's deal would end the distraction. He needed to stretch this out, even it was risky.
Cloud Pushed against the pyramid with his magic. He had opened the Soul once before, maybe doing so again would distract the Sith, and waste more time. Heck, maybe Feisydd would be able to use some of the information inside.
He continued pushing, pulling power from the darkest parts of his soul. Using anger he hadn't used in a long time.
I knew you'd come back, She whispered. He ignored her.
The pyramid levitated out of his hand and popped open, it's corners releasing and floating outward. It projected pictures of bright red light; symbols and writing he didn't understand.
Cloud knew he was doing something stupid, but it was better then nothing.
"Are these important secrets?"
He pulled his blaster out of his belt and sighted it on Her Soul.
"How badly do you want them?"
