She dropped the pencil onto the desk, and it vanished, winking out of existence. Then another one appeared in her hands, looking real and solid, and as though it has always been there.
She promptly did. "I'm fine! I'm fine. Woops. Guess that was a bit more healing than I was ready for."
A few of the nearby students eyed them, noticing the disturbance.
"I'm alright. Here, let me just..." She touched his arm, and the chill rushed through his whole body, improving his pain and soreness. She took a deep breath, looking a bit dizzied. "Wow. That was more than I've maybe ever done."
